We had a free upgrade to a larger room - it almost felt like our own apartment on the top floor! Clean and modern rooms - lovely bathroom. Great location for walking around the best parts of Bruges, on a quiet side street - great value & reception staff were kind and helpful. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Some other guests woke us up briefly one night (soundproofing is not brilliant)

Very good value for money- see w The only downside was it was on the second floor and the stairs were quite steep. No lift.

The location and the staff. Being on the upper floor. Lots of levels for older laides, once we got upstairs, to deal with. We had to be careful.

Well located, very friendly staff, comfortable bed. The narrow windy stairs to the 2 floor. One had to be very careful going up or down!

The receptionist was very kind and helpful, the hotel was clean, organized, and just had an overall unique “Belgium” atmosphere! Excellent location too! We walked a few minutes and were on a main shopping street and near the canals. Definitely would stay again!

Hotel was so central. We stayed three days and never had to get a bus or taxi around. The furthest we had to walk somewhere was about 20 minutes. The hotel was very comfortable. Rooms very clean. Good ventilation from big windows. Nice sized bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing! Keep up the good work!

The location is ideal and very central. There is a large parking garage about 200 meters away that is very easy to access, even with luggage. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean.

The location is very good at the start and in-between the 2 main pedestrian roads leading to the main square. The building of the hotel is very beautiful and picturesque. The staff is very polite and friendly The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. I think the pillows need replacing as they no longer provide any support. The room was nice but it can get noisy. From 6AM to 8AM we were hearing loud irregular bangs coming from the attic or rooms next door which kept us awake.
