On arrival at the hotel by car we were met by staff who swiftly took our baggage straight to our room and us to reception to complete our check in. Our room was on the third floor accessed by lift and was very impressive. Beautifully appointed and updated with the latest technology. Clean and comfortable. The staff were superb and couldn't do enough. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and many items available to order. The bar area was quaint and cosy Really happy with every aspect of the Hotel. For a City centre hotel it ticked all the right boxes

Staff, location and Boutique size Curved ceiling to room. Unfortunately previous occupants hair in the bath tub.
