We loved this hotel for a weekend in Bruges! We knew we wouldn’t be in the hotel for much more than sleeping and showering but it was such a chic hotel! The location is right in the middle of Bruges and we were so happy that the location was so good and that the room was so big for European standards! We could come back, relax, shower, and rest after a day of exploring the city. Nothing!

location was great -- right in the middle between two main pedestrian shopping roads. Lots of restaurants in the area. Everything reachable on foot. Bag storage available. The hairdryer was quite filthy -- very sticky and lots of dust -- preferred not to use it.

The location was perfect! Some small, quiet restaurants right outside the hotel - more intimate than those on the square. But the square is one block away when ready to sight see. Very comfortable as well.

The location was perfect. The staff member checking us in was very unwelcoming. Kriss said if we wanted help with our bags we needed to be in 5-star hotel. My 86 yr old husband walking with aid of cane was unable to manage getting our luggage up the stairs. Kriss watched us struggle. at check-in and check-out. Only place we have ever stayed with this attitude.

Our room and bathroom were large. Staff was friendly. Room was clean Breakfast was poor and cost 22 Eros. The shower floor was slippery. The mattress was only about 2 inches this

Location Mattress sagged in the middle. Common areas had a weird smell.

Location and helpful, friendly staff were excellent. Parking available for use was an important consideration and this was secure and met our needs.

Exceptional

We came back.....must be good! Stayed at Acacia last time we visited & came back as such a good previous stay. Lovely clean, comfortable rooms with lots of space and good facilities. Beds are nice and comfortable and rooms are made up every day, tea coffee etc topped up with plenty of supplies. Mini fridge for water & soft drinks. We don't use them even though reasonably priced for a hotel mini bar but it is great to have a fridge for milk and own drinks. Staff are lovely, apologies I cannot remember his name but the chap from Nepal on reception was so friendly & helpful....a pleasure to chat to. All the staff are helpful and friendly and easy to deal with. Basically.....so good we will stay a third time when we next come back. Nothing to add as nothing disliked

Location Shower flooded and pipe was broken, they charged me too much for the local tax and advised me they had done this by calling me in the room to come down and get refund when I did no one knew about it and refused the refund! Had a lot of fraudulent texts from the booking. Trying to claim money from my account. These people knew all of my details so their was a leak somewhere on their data

Great location The shower design was odd, the glass screen was not large enough, the floor to the room then became extremely wet. Fridge had water and other soft drinks, it needs to be made clear these are extra, the room inclusion lists a mini bar, but doesn’t state additional charges will be due.
