The hotel is exceptional, rooms and facilities fabulous The cost for breakfast was too high. Should be options.

Great location, easy to walk to city sites. The breakfast was delicious and the property was beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of electrical plugs did not work in our room, but the room overall was very comfortable.

Location Attitude, attitude of staff, seem to be more concerned on their larger Client what was Viking? Stafford rude we had several problems, gaining access to our room. There was never no apology. Also, the room had a broken handle to the toilet and a broken push plate to the toilet, carpet seemed very dirty. We did raise this with staff again they met by a dismissive attitude.

The location is superb. An oasis of calm close to the historic center. Good parking place below the property. Next time in Bruges I will definitely reconsider booking here

We loved the church on the 2nd floor. The best part of the hotel was the location where everything and the history behind the property They didn’t have a pool or spa. Definitely something to consider

Excellent hotel. We had a great room, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Very quiet, yet close to everything. Parking didn't come up correctly on google maps despite putting in the correct address for the entrance. Also there is no elevator from the area where we parked to the reception.

Great location for walking around Bruges. Good breakfast every morning. Nice restaurant and dinner menus. Very helpful staff. For a 5 Star hotel the leisure facilities weren’t great. No pool. Cold sauna.

The room comfort and amenities provided. Exceptional space and quality bedding in the room really enhanced our stay. The cleanliness of the whole Hotel not just our room was exceptional. Reception staff extremely polite and courteous.
