Great location, and I love its 19th century interior. Very quiet inside, breakfast was acceptable, plenty of dining options nearby too. Nothing anyone can actually fix - the tarmac roof outside our window radiating heat, we didn’t really have a view.

Great location close to city square. Hotel is very small and quaint in an old converted building. Room 8 was on the second floor of a spiral 40 step staircase. Doorway was tight and difficult to open. Room was small with full windows allowing afternoon sun to heat room to unbearable temperatures. With no air conditioning sleep was difficult. Open windows means street noise replaces heat and makes sleep difficult. Amenities are basic.

Great location directly in the heart of Bruges. Hotel itself is really charming, furnished in the vitage style. Our room was really small, but it was comfortable, clean and has a nice view. Personel was really helpful and friendly. It's situated in a historical builing so the floors were quite squeaky and you could hear the pipes. We did not really mind this though.

the location was excellent right within the old town centre. the staff were really nice and helpful. we had to park a little way away after unloading but it was only 5 min walk and 15 euro for 24hr.

The hotel has a perfect location in the heart of Bruges. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was charming and authentic. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Nothing in particular. Everything was very pleasant.
