Super 8 by Wyndham Bloomington/Airport

Shuttle took well over an hour to pick up @ airport. Staff @ check-in just shirt if rude. No closet for hanging clothes. Constant drip from ceiling vent onto toilet seat. Half of water didnt reach shower; poured from lower faucet into tub. No coffee maker or microwave. Poor selection for breakfast. Will not use Super 8 again.

Very relaxing My only compliant was the shuttle service from the airport- waiting over an hour for the shuttle . Didn't get to the hotel until almost 1130pm after landing at 930.

This place is an absolute dump, the worst Super 8 I’ve ever stayed at. From the front desk to the room every step was terrible, I’ve never been in a hotel room where I wished I had sandals to walk around in, and the bed was caved in the middle, the whole building reeked of questionable smells from mildew to cigarettes to old food. If you want a good nights sleep, stay anywhere but here.

Could use USB ports in the rooms. Otherwise nice stay.

The bathroom could have been cleaner the floor in the bathroom. They should have had more options for breakfast. Also they only have house keeping Monday , Wednesday, Friday so you have to hunt down towels toilet paper or any thing that’s needed change your trash five or to them on Saturday and Sunday. But the front desk was. Wry polite besides a rude lady over the phone. Beds were clean.

Room was ok for the price and shuttle to airport was convenient. Neighborhood felt a little sketchy and based on people doing laundry at all hours including 3:30am I suspect they have long term renters staying here. Certainly seemed better than the hotel right next door!

I would give this place no stars if I could but since the manager did finally refund one of my rooms after I told the guy I was just going to go to my bank and do a charge back. The day time guy was a total a$$. My mistake for booking the wrong room. I thought I was getting 2 queen not 2 doubles. Is what it is. One of the rooms that my daughter was going to stay in, mind you she just turned 18, the window would not shut all the way, I had to go force it shut and move it in a way to where it could not be opened. The ac unit was disgusting. Not only did it not work very well but it was full of mold and the whole face of the unit was on the floor. The day guy did offer a different room but all the way on the 3rd floor. She did not feel safe in a place she had never been. So she stayed the one night. The manager did finally get back to me and said he refunded the one night which is great but clean up the place and get that day guy some customer service training.

Hotel looks better on pictures. Very poor. Not horrible but definitely poor place. Cigarette smell everywhere. Toilet didn't work. Stayed 1 night. We gladly left.

They need to restripe their parking lot. Some cars took up more than one spot. Could have gotten 5 or 6 more cars there. It was hard to find a spot.

Used the property after a late night flight. Was perfect for a few hours of sleep.

Clean room, friendly staff. Airport shuttle took a very long time for pickup and there was no breakfast left when I went to get some at 6:30 am.
