Shuttle service was fantastic. Courteous drivers made our stay a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend staying here if you need a shuttle to and or from the airport. Check in was fast, room was comfortable and every single person we interacted with was polite, professional and seemed to genuinely care about doing a good job. They represented the company very well.

Free airport shuttle was convenient, driver was personable and professional. Free water bottle on arrival. Bar in lobby. Only negatives were: no power outlet on one side of the bed, outlet on opposite side did not work. Also, door was tricky to lock. Breakfast was just fair. Employees were friendly, dinner recommendation was awesome (Hazelwood Grill - walking distance from hotel).

The amenities listed kitchenettes in the suites, but the unit only had a mini-fridge and microwave (which had a non-functional turntable). It listed the couch as a pull-out, but was instead a trundle. The self parking fee was buried in the property amenities list and seemed strange for an open lot setup. The entry was very confined and opened directly on the front desk which created congestion. The breakfast ended at 9:00 AM on weekdays, which was earlier than we were used to.

Was disappointed upon arrival that there was a sign stating we would be charged for parking. This was not in the reviews or hotels.com listing. I chose this hotel as it didn’t charge parking. It appears Bloomington area, all hotels are now charging a parking fee. It was $15/night. The hotel itself was in a quiet area and easy access to freeway and MOA, restaurants. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Hot breakfast and bar with some finger foods. I would stay again but it would need to be a better nightly rate since I’m now having to pay parking!

I travel a lot with a guy dog, so I’m in a lot of hotels during the year. This happens to be the best hotel. I’ve been in in four or five years. The staff was amazing attendant to my needs. The room was very clean, comfortable bed and great shower! Thank you to all the staff for an exceptional job! I had to go home

The breakfast staff was extremely rude even though we were well behaved and courteous. I had to also keep asking for towels and toilet paper even though my stay was over 1 week long. Room was not well ventilated. Bathroom was dirty and had no trash bags.

breakfast was good and the room was comfortable when I booked the room the information was that there was free parking. Upon arrival I was told there was a 15 dollar charge to park the car at the hotel and was not given a choice since we had already been charged

The bar is cool and open until a decent time and serves pizza - the front desk lady was super friendly (Christina maybe was her name?) and explained fees for parking and stuff. Really close to the airport, which is nice as well as the Mall of America. The entrance to the property is a little odd...there is a shared entrance as well as a couple of stand alone entrances.
