Pay for outside parking

We were not able to watch the NBA Championship Game on June 13, 2026 from the TV in the room. We had to watch the game on our phone device through the ESPN APP. However, the hotel did have the game showing in the Restaurant, located in the lobby. However, we opted to ditch the crowd and stay in our room. Our team loss anyways. We're not sore losers. So congratulations New York Knicks! Thank you Hyatt Regency Staff! C. Prowell

Needs a furniture update. Felt less than a typical Hyatt regency type place. Need the restaurant with better hours since there’s barely any walkable restaurants nearby.

A clean and comfortable modern hotel with excellent facilities. The excellent shuttle service provided to MSP Having to get up and leave the hotel at 3:30am to catch a plane to L.A.

Didn’t like there wasn’t a hot tube or Continental breakfast for the price I feel like there should be

Nice hotel. Large rooms. Quality fit out. We designed space on ground floor. Needed a spot for a meeting and found the table in the Library that was perfect even when hotel was busy Bit confusing getting shuttle from airport. Not well sign posted at airport and there are multiple Hyatt hotels.

Location is ideal for MSP airport, Mall of America, Bloomington, and South Minneapolis. The Metro light rail is a wonderful resource for getting to MofA, Downtown Mpls, and elsewhere. Feels like a clean, welcoming, urban environment with wooded parks nearby.

This was my second stay here. We were out and about for most of the time and weren't able to take advantage of most of the amenities. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the room temperature was inconsistent. The property is conveniently located.

Great room with high ceiling. Super comfortable bed. Disappointing pool- only 3feet 4 in deep.

Humid inside the hotel as it is outside. Checked in late in the evening due to long meeting. So I rode it out. Miserable.

the hotel property, including the rooms, are well maintained and the staff was extremely friendly and responsive when asked for assistance. Great location, great shuttle service and competitive prices.
