TownePlace Suites Minneapolis near Mall of America

We enjoyed the pool, plenty of parking, very close and convenient for Mall of America. The breakfast was better than expected. The room was well maintained and plenty of space for our family.

Excellent hotel! Recently stayed 5 nights and really rate the hotel. It’s very conveniently located, super close to the mall of America and 10 mins drive from all the big box stores, 20mins from Minneapolis. The free breakfast is excellent, well stocked up and lots to chose from. Everything is very clean and the staff were super friendly. Rooms have everything you need, the kitchenette is a game changer making it very convenient to store cool drinks/ doggie bags and reheat leftovers. Plenty of space and storage also. Saw a lot of people discuss the plane noise and yes its pretty heavy from 6am-8pm daily however all hotels in the area are in the flight path but other than this the hotel is so quiet / relaxing

I like to have clean the facility was and The breakfast was really good I did not like that each room had to be purchased separately therefore Texas were paid Separately And Deposits Were required separately Period that really held up a lot of money For us That we weren't expecting. Not to mention we had a cancellation going through booking.com for a hotel that was not suitable for our children so therefore we were waiting on the holds for that to be released as well. You should offer to your rewards customers zero deposit after so many stays or a single lower deposit for two rooms to loyalty customers. We were held up at the bank for nearly $400 that was untouchable during our vacation

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The hotel looks new outside but the room facilities are a little bit outdated.

Breakfast was great. Pool was nice. There is no hot tub on site (just a heads up to those looking). Location is also very good.

Perfect for what I needed.

Location to the mall was good, and it was fairly quiet. Staff was all very friendly. Very cold pool which was a huge reason for our stay, mediocre breakfast, lots of planes take off directly above this hotel (Didn't notice the noise as much when we stayed on the other side of the mall previously). There is also a fee for parking for some reason which was not disclosed when booking? Seems like a sneaky way to try to get more money out of you.

Super clean and updated room! Great hot breakfast, TONS of options - bacon, eggs, sausage, bagels, make your own waffles oatmeal and then things like fresh fruit and yogurts that you can take for later as well. Options for all my kiddos. Extremely clean, fresh smelling, lobby is super clean as well, workers were all pleasant and check in was super easy! Everything was great. The pool could be bigger and have less chlorine.. it was pretty rough on our skin, eyes etc but it wasnt a major thing!

The soft bed was terrible! Worst I've tried and to sleep on...
