Will never ever stay there again I order a sweet and did not get one got a less then desire room, then breakfast was cold and nasty, then they do not say anything about parking until after you checked out and then get billed $10 dollars per day for parking what a joke.

The beds were nice and comfy. The room smelled slightly. Karen at the front desk was great when we arrived after midnight. She was very relaxed and nice which was great for our sleepy state.

Shuttle to Mall of America,was helpful even though it was so near could have walked. After 4 hours of walking at mall was nice to have the option

The atmosphere was very calming and everyone was nice to me even though I didn’t have much experience checking in with hotels. The room was mostly clean and the beds were perfect. There was a little bit of dirt near the windows and the air conditioner.

Close to the airport. Called for a shuttle from the airport and they were late so I had to call again. Then charged me for parking when I didn’t have a car.

The staff was very friendly, Breakfast was good. The room was clean but missing portal where I could charge my phone.
