What stood out most was the service we received from our waitress each morning at breakfast. Megan was phenomenal! She was always very friendly, welcoming and attentive! It was a pleasure dining, when she was helping us!

Malfunctioning climate control with apathetic staff response.

The bar/restaurant staff and food were a plus. The room was cold: heat was turned off for the summer and we had to request a space heater and extra blankets. The bathroom sink had debris in it. We cleaned it and more horrible particles appeared. I could not even brush my teeth. Looked like bed sheets had been used.

Check in was quick and the staff was very helpful. They didn't take anything for granted even though I have stayed her many times before. I was granted like a valued customer.

The facilities were as good as expected, the only downside was the tub would not drain. I would Ssggest the buffet for breakfast as the everything bagel was overloaded with butter making it quite greasy.

We used the airport shuttle. Was great to the airport but on the way back, we waited for 45 min then ended up getting an UBER. Tried to call the hotel but all I could get was AI agent or automated system. Frustrating. But clean hotel. Great location

1. the commode lid would not stay up for me to pee 2. we called the desk and asked for a wakeup call at 5:45. It never happened, which could have been disastrous for us if we had not woken by ourselves to catch our early plane.
