Was ok, only bothered me to much noises the people from the next door until 2:00 am.

I booked this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub. It was not in service with no mention of it at check in. Got all ready to go to find out once down there that it was not in service. The lady at the front desk during check in was also oblivious to me standing there waiting to check in.

I’m hoping I just stayed here at the wrong time. The parking garage was being worked on, so I had to park on the lower levels are walk up four flights of stairs. Two of the elevators were not working and the other two had major issues. The rooms were very muggy and the a/c was leaking on the carpet. Overall, I would give this property a low score but am willing to give it another shot on my next trip.

We stayed the night before we flew out of MSP. Very quiet, very secure, staff super friendly and helpful! The shuttle driver was so great too, helping my elderly mom in and out of the shuttle and just being super sweet.

Beautiful aesthetic. Did not access bar or breakfast, but bar options looked good. Parking garage was under construction which made parking difficult, and signs were inaccurate causing more confusion.

Pool was closed for repairs but I was informed upon arrival. The Sauna and hot tub were open. When I was leaving the pool was being repaired.

The hotel was very clean and smelled wonderful. The staff were all nice and helpful. The main bed was comfy. We would gladly stay here again. The parking on top of the parking garage was not great due to construction especially during a very chilly wintery weekend. The pool is kept way too cold to enjoy. Even my kiddo complained and she never complains about swim time. There was not extra bedding in the room for the sofa bed. The room fridge was missing the brackets that hold things in place limiting our storage room for cold items and causing our soda bottle to roll out every time the door opened.

There was work being done on elevators and the 2 that were working were slow.

Upon arrival the front desk person was not forthcoming on any info about property, such as dining, pool, parking, the broken elevators. The TV's in room literally gives no info on when dining is available, no menu to order from, no hours of pool use. One of the employees couldn't understand the simplest question asked of her due to language barrier. For the over $200 plus I paid... I will go somewhere else next time.

Room was clean enough but needs a deep clean. Only 1 lift working out of 5 so this wasn’t great. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the shuttle service was very good.
