Pool area didn't feel very clean. Room was clean however they didn't come and empty trash or replenish towels and toilet paper. We had to go down to front desk and request.

I booked this hotel in a rush after missing my flight late at night and was not expecting much. However, everything exceeded my expectations. The night front desk staff were so helpful and pleasant. Although we didn't use it, there is a well stocked convenience store in the lobby, as well as fruit infused water. There is a very large outdoor area with chairs and tables for relaxing. The free breakfast is the most impressive I've ever seen for a budget hotel free breakfast. There was a big variety of foods and even an omelet station and Jura coffee maker!

The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. The location is great and we like the nearby restaurants. The cost was substantially more then it has been in years past. The room when we first got there, was dirty. The shower was not clean, the floor had an old fake eye lash on it and the bed had a broken piece of an iPhone case in the bedtime. We asked for it to be cleaned and when they came and cleaned it. They made the bed but the shower, Phone piece and eyelash were still on the ground. Makes me question what else was missed. The pool is also FREEZING. I have stayed here multiple times and used to love it but the cost and cleanliness are not what they were.

It's a very good alternative for a hotel stay near Mall of America. Inclusion of breakfast was good. There's a chef who could make omelettes. Only flaw in our stay was that the body wash was not refilled before we checked in.

Really nice place with a great location and great gym and pool etc. but they went super cheap with something as simple as ice. Not a single ice machine anywhere and charged almost 20 bucks for a small bag of ice in their convenience shop. All items where insanely priced As no gas station nearby and the freezer in small fridge in room, now place to even put the bag Such a weird thing to be so cheap about
