Great location and very clean property

Would definitely stay here again. Staff were very helpful and polite. The easy shuttle access to the airport and the convenient location to the mall was amazing. Had a great stay.

Amazing location

This hotel is situated with close proximity to the airport and walking distance connected to the Mall of America. Enjoyed the hotel restaurant breakfast and the room has everything you need to be comfortable. Valet service was easy and prompt with delivery! The only improvement I would recommend to this hotel would be to add a normal shower head or detachable shower head since I’m not a fan of rain heads! Thankfully they did have a shower cap available in the room. I would most definitely return to this hotel.

The room was great, comfortable, and convenient. The staff was great. And the proximity to the Mall of America was fantastic. We were able to pack in a lot of activities, more than we expected, because we were able to return to the room for some downtime when needed. I would recommend the Radisson Blu to everyone wanting to visit the Mall of America.

Great stay as always! Gave the amenities a 4/5 because the pool area was closed, but they did notify me prior to my arrival. Staff at the hotel and Fire Lake were wonderful and the room was great as well. Such a convenient location and great get away with friends.

The pool was down and apparently it has been down for months according to our shuttle driver. I find that extremely misleading for them not to share that before booking. Call before you book if you want to access the pool.

This hotel is amazing - from the friendly staff to the wonderful restaurant they have on the property, to the clean and quiet rooms. I will definitely go back

We had an enjoyable stay! Everything was perfect!

Previously drank water bottle in the room, torn sheets, the room phone did not work, TV did not work, pool was closed.

Very helpful staff. Took care of me after a rough travel day.

Everything was clean and nice. We stayed on the 13 floor. We had breakfast and after 5 brunch. You had to pay $50 and it was worth it. It was connected to the mall of America so that was great. I would stay there again.
