Not the cleanest; but I've seen worse. It's ridiculous they don't even give free coffee here - you have to buy it from their coffee shop. There are many other hotels in the area that are nicer; so we most likely won't return here.

Hotel staff was great, hotel was clean, plenty of parking and there is a little restaurant. Right across from ikea and a short walk to the mall

Location to Mall of America was fantastic. We walked each time and it was completely doable. Flights were very loud as the airport is very close.

Thought I’d hear air traffic in the morning but didn’t. Got a good night’s sleep.

Hotel was old and dirty!! Can't belive I spent over $240 a night!! I will NEVER stay there again!!

We came with a group of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for their vacation to Mall of America. We did have a smoke detector go off in one of the rooms at 2:30am, we did not have hot water in one of our rooms' bathroom, and no A/C in another room, but the one available handicap-accessible room we were able to snag was wonderful! I do wish the hotel had a continental breakfast and an accessible shuttle to the Mall, but we went to a restaurant for breakfast at the Mall of America and transported ourselves just fine. The rooms were neat, tidy, and clean. We were able to get most of our rooms together, which was ideal for our vacation with our individuals. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The positive experiences here outweighed the negative. We definitely would come again.

I appreciate having the shuttle service and parking. It helps to elevate some of the pain points of traveling.

Condition of hotel is below normal Hilton hotels. Outdated rooms for technology and USB ports. Doors etc are in poor condition.

Everything Cost in bar but where isn’t it$$$ also if you would make it cheaper for parking there on a parking and fly more people would probably stay there. Also I parked offsite but stayed on your site accidentally thinking it was the same place but was half the cost to park there.

Very clean, welcoming for guest and professional staff. Very nice pool. Great for families.

Overall okay. Room smelled like feet. Could be the carpet. Bathroom can use some upgrade as well.

It’s a clear hotel to stay in for the weekend or even a day. Clean room, excellent staff and very helpful at all times.
