I wish Breakfast would have been provided though that was not an issue for me. There were restaurants close by. Overall nothing. Wish breakfast was provided but again not a big deal. Would definitely recommend to someone else. Beautiful atmosphere and peaceful. Close to the ski resort.

We stay in this hotel regularly, everytime we come to Bialka. We like the location close to the slopes, the design of the hotel, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Small wellness is nice, children´s area is also great. They serve very tasteful meals in the hotel restaurant and the breakfast has a lots of choice and variety. We would definitely appriciate more gluten free choice in the restaurant. Basicaly it is only one meal you can have if you are on gluten free diet - baked meat with potatos (and it is not only in the hotel but also in every restaurant around slopes). Last year they offered also gluten free pasta, or schnitzel - this year it was not possible. It´s a pitty, otherwise the restaurant is of a very good standard and that would for sure make a difference compared to others restaurants around.

We had a very spacious and comfy room. The bathroom was also decently sized an comfortable. It is within a walking distance from the slopes which was perfect. The water in he shower wasn't always super hot, I think most likely when a lot of people were showering at the same time in the building, the water became lukewarm. Wasn't a real issue as it didn't get too cold but an inconvenience. We were a group of people who eat plant-based food. We had notified the hotel about it before our stay and they reassured us that we would be able to find something to eat as the breakfast was served in a form of a buffet. On day 1 of our stay, even though breakfast was a nice spread, it did not look like much of the dishes were vegan so I asked staff about it. Unfortunately, the staff had got very deffensive and were not able to provide anything special for us to eat except for bread, salad and some jam. I asked if they could be more accommodating the next day and made some suggestions. On day two, except for bread, salad and some jam, we were additionally provided with some bean spread. Even though it was tasty I believe more could have been done about our food as we had pre-notified the hotel and vegan products are now available in Poland in any major superarket like Biedronka or Lidl. Definitely a point to improve for the future.

The hotel should definitely have more than 3-stars, it deserves at least 5! Best location, facilities, clean and so comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were extremely satisfied and impressed, definitely coming back! There was nothing to dislike.

Clean, specious rooms, very pleasent staff. Hotel has nice common areas, great indoor playrooms. Everything was fine. Maybe bar could have been open a bit longer

The Spa was very charming with Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam bath. Everything was quite new and exceeded our expectations. Also the breakfast had a huge selection and good quality.

On the first night we arrived there were loud people voices coming from the hall at night, therefore we couldn't sleep well. There is a gap under the entrance door and we heard all the coming voices for around an hour. The second night was better.

Honestly, I don't know how it's a 3-star hotel. The food, staff, and facilities were superb. I had worse experiences in 4-star hotels before. The rooms were spacious and very clean. There were not many food choices, but less is more sometimes. Everyone could find what they would like. None.
