Very clean and comfortable, great panoramic view, calm area, friendly staff, swimming pool and well equipped kids area

Very tasty breakfast with a good selection, and a great location. The hotel has a fairly nice pool, but it only opens at 12 PM, which is quite disappointing as it’s not possible to swim before skiing. The pool closes at 9 PM, which isn’t great considering its late opening time. In the morning, checkout is by 12 PM, but swimming on the departure day is not an option. Additionally, The hotel has a room with billiards and table tennis, but don’t expect to use them— the equipment is in terrible condition, with only one low-quality racket and unusable billiard cues (with no tip). The front door lock was barely holding, seemingly fixed with a nail after being broken, and key cards for the doors and elevator only work after 3-4 attempts, which is unacceptable for a hotel in this price range.

Very tasty breakfast, nice and tidy rooms. Wellness included in price of a room and safe parking right in front of a hotel. We came between the seasons and were very disappointed by the fact there’s no dinner, no bar opened, and no bottled water. After a long drive, this was very bad news for us. The luck is we didn’t come with our children otherwise it would have been rven worse experience to search for food/water with small children. Receptionist was kind of lost, anything we asked he had to call someone to get the information. Sometimes, even the person he called didn’t know so that person called third person. We felt like it’s a hidden camera show. Unfortunately it wasn’t.

The location was very good and the rooms, pool and sauna were very comfortable and clean. The staff spoke no English and made themselves unavailable. Often when we went to request something, they were in the bar drinking with friends. They did not explain the property when we checked in and our taxi driver required to tell us our room numbers because the receptionist was unable to. Also, it would have been nice to have a change of towels and our rooms cleaned during our stay. This was not available.

Perfect location with great views, everything is new, clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast is also very good with excellent variety and taste. Even the coffee from both machines was good and strong enough. The way from the main road is not really clear, the navigator and the signs bring you to the other side where the entrance is closed. What I did not like is that there is no cleaning. A bit tricky: naming the hotel "aparthotel" allows them not to clean the rooms on a daily basis and charge for it. So when staying with kids for more than 1 night it's very inconvenient to throw the rubbish and dry the towels outside..

slope side, just a 2 minute walk from the lifts. very clean and warm inside, even though it was -15°c outside! food/drinks at mealtimes were delicious and plentiful. the hotel staff were fab and beyond helpful. My friend and I don’t speak polish, but they were incredibly patient and accommodating when we had questions/needed help. noise inside can sometimes be a little loud (walls not super sound insulated so can hear other guests in their rooms etc!) didn’t bother us particularly, but if you’re a light sleeper just keep in mind!

Great breakfast and also the dinner, very good and very diversified. Very clean and modern rooms. A good swiming pool with hidromassage and sauna. Very close to the main ski area , you can walk for 5 min. Our room was cvadruple and with an inclination of the roof in the window area. We had no visibility from the room outside to the mountain except very little in the area of door from balcony . Next time I hope we will have another room. Also the employees of the aparthotel do not speak English but they are very kind person.

Nice room welness disaster - not finished, still in construction - sauna doors no tight with frame - hot air flowing out, no shower in that area. transparent doors everywhere, no privacy at all. people from pool area saw everybody in sauna. no extra towel to sauna. one big disaster. shower area visible from pool area. no privacy. dress rooms without doors. people walking to pool without checking if they are going through men or women part. on pictures on booking is just visualisation. reality is different. if you are looking the resort with Welness - chose different one.

The location was really the only thing perfect about this accommodation. it’s close to Therma Bania and chairlift to Kotelnica, etc. Don’t be fooled by the pictures, the breakfast was really poor, not much choice. We paid for triple room and got a double with a really bad view, we tried to fix this at the reception but no one really spoke English and we were just given another double room with even worse view. The room looks nice on the outside but everything’s really poor quality, the bathroom drawers were falling apart, no AC, the pool looks nothing like the picture and the sauna was not working. Definitely not worth the money.
