Good location, great facilities, good food. There was a dance-floor that didn't have proper sound-proofing. We couldn't fall asleep in our room till 3 AM because the noise and pounding from the dance-floor could be heard in our room. When we asked the front-desk, they said "We are aware of it for 1 year, but we cannot do anything about it. Hopefully, it will stop soon". Unbelievable.

Clean and well laid out. Very helpful staff at the reception desk. The breakfast buffet went above and beyond our expectations. Exceptional choices, and different specialty items each morning. The solarium is a bathing suit optional facility and should be stated so on the door.

The twin deluxe room was nicely decorated and clean. The access to the thermal baths is comfortable. The hotel lobby area has great design. You can take luggage carriage and transport your things comfortably. The breakfast was mediocre and the breakfast area looks depressing and empty compared to rest of the design of the hotel.

The hotel is so amazing we were trully sad to drive away. We really hope to travel back one day. I will recomend for my family and friends to stay there also. 10/10 nothing to complain about, had such a great service and stay. My 23rd birthday was the best! Thank you!

Breakfast was great, probably it was one of the best hotel breakfasts that I had. The room was good with few exceptions below. Ability to go from your room directly to Termy in the flip flops was great. Underground parking (two levels) is available. Dancing music was heard till 02:00 AM. I beleive it was a music from the club. My room was on 2-nd floor and I could hear still it. It would be great to have some body lotion in the room, as only shapoo/showel gel 2-in-1 was present. WiFi was poor. Underground parking is for the fee - 50 PLN.

Hotel Bania is exceptionally beautiful place. It is very special place, superb design, great SPA, nice facilities for snowboard storage. Superb food. Food was fantastic, life music, bar, slopes….all just brilliant! Double beds, are not truly double beds but 2 single mattresses put together. Not too comfortable unfortunately. Very low on cosmetics in a room, only shower gel/shampoo combo. It would be great to have like in any other hotels shower gel, shampoo and conditioner under the shower. No lotion either. The hotel has got own cosmetic line in spa, but only one product is available in rooms. Very small shower head. Disappointingly basic shower for this class of the hotel and price tag.

Great style , all wood. Easy to navigate. The ‘one key’ system where you could access all areas and charge items from food to ski hire was exceptional Maybe the rooms were a little too hot at night , but you could open the windows.

Great Hotel, they have all differentials such as the Thermal what is great after a day at the slopes They have a lovely breakfast with all options Clean The charge for the garage a bit expensive for what they already charge My wife had a great food but myself was disappointed for the time length to prepare a burger (1h) and when comes it was grease but might be unluck for that.
