We arrived at 12 at night and no one was there to open the main door. The number we were given to call was drunk and we had to enter from the balcony.

Good hotel, clean and cozy. Tasty breakfast. Nice views. the day we stayed at the hotel swimming pool and jacuzzi were not accessible because of an incident. Of course we were not informed about it in advance, so it spoiled the impression a bit ?

A wonderful hotel in every sense. Very nice sauna and spa area. Great breakfast. Nice children playroom. Very helpful and welcoming staff.

- Great Location: The hotel is beautifully situated, offering stunning views that truly enhance the overall experience. - Excellent Breakfast: The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The Swedish table setup was impressive. - Tidy and Clean: The entire place, including the rooms, was spotless and well-maintained. - Comfortable Rooms: The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and provided a very comfortable stay. - Nice Bar: The on-site bar was well-stocked with a pleasant atmosphere, perfect for relaxing in the evening. - Free Parking: Appreciated the convenience of free parking, which made the stay even more hassle-free. - Lack of English Signage: Unfortunately, everything was in Polish, including the documentation, signs around the hotel... For non-Polish speaking guests, this made it challenging to navigate and fully enjoy all the amenities. We would have appreciated having some information in English. - No Food Labels at Breakfast: This is just the detail and the breakfast was really delicious, but it was difficult to identify some of the dishes. Small cards with the names of the food items in English would have made the experience even better. - Sauna Flooring: The Finnish sauna had a stone or tile floor and it was too hot for feet, but we believe a wooden floor, as it use to be in this type of sauna, would be more comfortable and in line with a traditional Finnish sauna experience.

Very good breakfasts! Very day food was fresh. Good spa, pool and sauna.

Spacious room, lovely breakfast, pool, sauna and able to book massage. Beds were comfortable. No air conditioners and room we stayed in had hot chimney in the middle. It was very hot there at night even with windows open. Bathroom was large but very basic small shower. Also pool did not open until late so couldn’t use it in the mornings which is odd for a hotel.

The rooms were good from equipments to bed High value of money compared to what’s offered The timing of the spa is only from 5 pm until 10 pm which wasn’t suitable most of the time, there was no receptionist on my first day of arrival which took quite sometime until we were able to check in through a different worker, the area surrounding the hotel is pretty empty of activities so luckily zakopane is close by car.

Fantastic hotel, second time staying here. Excellent facilities, super clean and tidy, great service. Delicious breakfasts every day. Pool and sauna. Comfortable rooms with everything we need, parking, great location, short walk down the road to the free ski bus at great rates. Can’t fault Hotel Malinowy at all, I’m sure we’ll be back :) Nothing to dislike here
