Decent price Ac not working was semi blamed on texas heat, i live in a way more humid place with same heat levels. The vent for shower was falling off the ceiling, light was flickering as well. Water pressure was non existent, and the showrr head plus faucet were loose. I brought the ac to the attention of the staff, they replaced the units pad with us being out and no warning of entey......the biggest thing is a man finally answered the front counter with nothing but a towel on when my 16 year old daughter was asking for toilet paper......not ok, in the slightest.

Staff was super nice, facility was clean Breakfast was little plain juice was not good at all.

This stay was great for the price you pay. Good location, comfy sleep. My only complaint was the room just had a musty smell.

Quiet! Staff recommended an excellent Mexican restaurant close by. Close parking to the motel all taken, but there was plenty of outlying parking. Breakfast variety was good, but we'd have preferred a chafing dish full of scrambled eggs rather than the egg 'patties' which were questionable. All-in-all a pleasant stay which I'd recommend.

I will stay at this hotel every time I visit Lubbock, which is quite frequently. The lobby is immaculate. The hallways are clean and quiet throughout the day and night. My room was also very clean, and the bed was nice and comfortable. One great surprise was the laminated TV guide listing all the channels. The hotel is located away from major highways and noisy traffic and plenty of parking is available. I won't even consider other hotels in Lubbock after staying here.

The room was big and the place is very clean. There's a washer and dryer by one of the exit doors that was nice, however I was under the impression there was a pool which is one of the main reasons I get a room on occasion and there was no pool and I was highly disappointed with breakfast. Breakfast is terrible. The staff is very helpful very polite very respectful and like I said the property is clean well maintained just do a little better on breakfast.

Didn’t even stay at this hotel. The air conditioner did not work and the swimming pool was green as it has not been tested with proper chemicals as advertised. Went and got another room at another hotel. Have talked with rep from hotel.com and have been put in for a request to get refunded for this reservation. Still waiting on decision.
