The room was very smelly, there was hair and dirt like it hadn't been cleaned properly, as well as half of a cockroach in the hot tub water. They also charged my card (what I thought was an incidentals charge) for a night's stay (cheaper on site than on Expedia by the way) after I already paid through Expedia. Trying to contact them over this has been a nightmare. They wont call me, nor would they talk to Expedia. It is very frustrating.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room and hotel left a lot to be desired. The hot tub was not working properly, and the pool appeared to need cleaning. Inside our room, the carpet was heavily stained and looked dirty. The couch was also stained, and there were crumbs left on the floor when we arrived. The bathtub had a grimy feeling when you stepped into it, and even the curtains were stained. While the price was great, I’m not sure the savings were worth how unclean and uncomfortable the stay felt overall. With better attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this property could be much more enjoyable.

Really convenient to where we were going. Have stayed there many of times. Price keep creeping up. A lot of water on floor in elevator and first floor from swim pool kids coming and going. Accident waiting to happed.

The room had so many stains on the floor, bathroom counter and shower curtain. The lights did not in the room work only the lamps. The tv did not have an outlet so I could not turn it on.

It was a clean and quiet place to rest for the evening. You could tell that the hotel was recently renovated, however it was rushed and you could see the poor craftsmanship showing in areas.

We checked into our room and there was no one at the front desk to help us. We had to call three times to the hotel. When we got to our room it was filthy. There was hair in the bathroom and the comforter was stained and there was trash and dust on the floors. I do not recommend staying here. It is nothing like pictured!

They made a change to room assignment after we arrived after midnight. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Linens were nice and spot free. Staff was welcoming and usually said goodbye to us when heading out. The only issue was the wireless internet, it would not work for the smart TV.

Microwave carousel had uncleaned spill from previous guest. Bathroom floor had debris under vanity and in corners. Eileen in breakfast room was very attentive and efficient. Great breakfast. Coffee was great. Staff was responsive to our requests.

Hotel was conveniently located and easy to get to the places we were visiting. Breakfast was good. Room and areas of hotel were always clean. The only thing I had issue with were the height of the beds. Very tall and with me being 5'3" I had a hard time getting on the bed.I had to use the foot stool from the sofa to get up on the bed.

The first room smelled like urine so bad that I wouldn't even let my tiny dog walk on the carpet. I threw away the shoes that I used to walk around in that room. It was very rundown, had destruction, stains all over the carpet, filthy everywhere, heat did not work, what looked like blood stains on the wall. Toothpaste splatter all over the bathroom sink and mirror. The linens were cheap and tacky and had hair on them. Was moved to a second room where I was continually locked out because the key cards never worked, there was no shampoo in the bathroom, the drains were all clogged, the TV didn't work, and again the heating and air conditioning didn't work properly. There wasn't enough toilet paper so I tried to stop a cleaning lady walking by my room and she completely ignored me until I yelled asking for toilet paper which she said she didn't have. Could not adjust the speed up or down on the old treadmill and only had one speed to choose. The manager said he was going to give me a discount but he never did. The entire place was run down and very dirty, very poorly managed, need to fire the entire cleaning staff. Comfort Inn should be ashamed for allowing this. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my entire life. I was afraid to give a bad review because clearly the owners and the staff are shady and they have my personal information like my driver's license and credit card.

Guests have to tell the front desk to turn it on to be able to use it. It gets warm after about 45 minutes. I think this is to save on the expense on keeping it heated. But we stayed over the MLL holiday weekend and several guests came in the pool area to check on the hot tub when we were in it. It seems like it was a popular amenity had it been available the whole weekend. We luckily got a lot of time in it because we didn’t mind asking them to turn it on over and over.

The breakfast lady was awesome. She is the only reason I did not give the staff a zero. She had a great breakfast prepared. She also went out of her way to help when the intial door card did not work. She was a pleasant person! Drove 7 hours to get there. I arrived at 1 o'clock the time I told bookings.com that I would arrive. They're check in was 3 O'clock. I asked if I could get in to sleep. The manager told me it would be $20 early check in fee. I declined. The manager told me to give him 30 minutes and come back and he would try to get me in early. i slept in my car for 30 minutes. They then charged my card again for check.in. I checked my bank card it showed to have 2 pending charges. I told them I had paid bookings.com at check in before they charged me. . Then my cards did not unlock my door. The breakfast lady tried both cards also. she then let me in with her card because I had suitcase. She called down to the office to verify my cards did not work.

Breakfast was good and the woman who replenished the food was very warm and friendly. The location was good. One concern was the bathroom. It was not the fault of the staff. The tub could use another rail at the back. The tub had what was supposed to be non slippery but it was very slick and my sister and I both nearly slipped. The beds were very comfortable, but were thigh high on us which we had difficulty getting onto, but once there, we slept well.

Front desk gentleman upon arrival was very nice. Had a couple of interactions with him during our stay and he was friendly, smiled often, offered assistance multiple times. He also tried to assist us with our TV. It did not work. I did not go back and ask for further assistance, as we went to bed. TV did not work. Needs a better snack/food purchase area. Not a lot of options. Although the building seemed clean, the outdated and very used building, furniture, etc. made it feel dirty. Never saw any bugs, but i was worried that I would becahse of how old everything looked. Some stains in room, on blanket, furniture. Nothing too bad but just didn't feel clean, although I'm sure it had been. Needs better lighting in the room. Very dark. The pool area was very old, poor AC system/ventilation (air was very hot, heavy, and thick from steam), and the flooring was very old and dirty. I didn't want to walk barefoot around the pool or let my kids.

It was easy to access to the location I was needing to go to. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. The location was broken off the wall. There were stains on the floor. Stains on the couch. The rooms need a serious upgrade. The card to the room didn’t work half the time.

Location Everything was good except the door key machine.

We stay in hotels all the time. This property was one of the best we have stayed in. The staff went above and beyond to meet our expectations. The breakfast was really good and fresh every morning. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a great stay for the week!!

The room smelled like chemical spray, possibly for bugs. The noise coming from the floor above lasted hours for both nights we stayed. The last two times we’ve stayed here, our room keys have stopped working. The pool was too cold for kids to swim in, the hot tub was filthy. This was the last time we will stay at this location.

They didn’t do anything about a bunch of teenage kids basically having a full WWE match on the entire 4th floor including the hallways and stairwells. DO NOT STAY HERE! Spend an extra $20-$50 and get a decent hotel and a good nights rest somewhere else.

I’ve traveled in many places around the world and this is not above places in some of the most poor and remote places I’ve stayed in 3rd world countries. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in the Fort Worth area. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly. It was very quiet. Definitely recommend.

We had a pleasant experience. This has been our 3rd stay at this property and will remain our choice to stay at when in the area. The employees were friendly and helpful. They allowed us to play games in the dining room area, where we spent some much needed time as a family.

Everything was great the only peoblems we had was our card keys were not working properly at all on the side door to come on the building or the room but we might of just had a bad room key. And in my room the dresser drawers would not stay shut

This is not a great place to stay. Bathroom sink was clogged. No housekeeping services on weekends offered. The amenities are definitely sparse and dilapidated. There was a woman screaming in the hallway in the middle of the night. It is not in the greatest location. The circle K across the street attracts questionable characters. Don’t get excited about breakfast being included.

When you have people that care about your stay and they go out of their way to make your stay pleasant it makes you want to keep going back....

There were long black hairs in the bath tub and ink writing on the sink and tub. The floors had not been cleaned. Kids were running up and down the hauls all night.

The room was relatively clean, but the linens were dirty on the bed and the towels had stuff on them. Even though the pool was indoors, it was ice cold. However, the hot tub was rather enjoyable. The breakfast was very lacking. only some what appeared to be frozen and reheated eggs, no bacon or sausage. The waffle maker was a hit with the kids, so that was a plus. Overall not a bad experience for the price, but there are definitely better places to stay for a little more money.

The breakfast was very lacking. only some what appeared to be frozen and reheated eggs, no bacon or sausage. The waffle maker was a hit with the kids, so that was a plus. Overall not a bad experience for the price, but there are definitely better places to stay for a little more money.

First time to stay, Christmas Day with our family, including 2 year old grandson. Sofa bed was horrible so we were a little cramped sleeping. Otherwise, it was a comfortable experience with friendly staff.

Bed was comfortable, room was pretty clean but couch was dirty. Remote for TV did not work even with battery change. Hot tub was not heated by and we had to request for it to be heated. Wasn’t ready until 9:45am, advertised to be open 7am.

The gentleman running the front could not find our reservation. A woman had to tell him where to find our reservation. She was very helpful. She helped us enter our room later due to the door having latch issues.

The ceilings in our room were high it made the room feel bigger. They were very accommodating for our needs.

We had a wonderful time staying here at comfort suites I definitely recommend our room was clean and very spacious, our kids thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub plus the lady that was preparing breakfast was such a sweet heart and extremely friendly, I definitely recommend and we will be back in the future

When we arrived the pool and hot tub was not operational and water wasn’t the cleanest. Our room cards kept failing. Toilet leaked. Noisy tenants. Housekeeping wasn’t available on the weekends if you stayed more than two days, and you had to request it at least 24 hours in advance. Not to mention they weren’t full but was going to charge an extra $50 to check in 2 hours early! Definitely not worth the money we spent nor would we recommend this establishment to anyone.

1st room heater was broke, they move us asap great. Next room just had a few kids above running but we got thru it, great place to stay.

It’s not the property you cancelled my reservation. Thankfully they had a room but I want a refund.

I was told that I outside door nearest to my room did not open with the card key. The side door would open without card key. I reported this to the front desk, but they did nothing about it.

Checked in late after six flags. Friendly staff. Very quick check in with no issues. Rooms rummy for family and clean.

Bed was made but sheets were not clean. Floor was filthy. Couch had stains and food wrapping on it. They were painting the rooms and the smell of paint fumes were unbearable.

Pool was under construction so we couldn’t use it and when I asked for a discount they said no.

I stayed here because my AC went out and this is closeby. I was in a handicap room on the second floor. It was very nice and clean. Be aware that these rooms have very tall beds. I used an ottoman from the living area to get into the bed but it was very comfortable. The pool is small but nice too.

We visit the Fort Worth area at least once a year visiting family and I think we have finally found a hotel we will stay in again. The hotel was fairly clean. The breakfast was good and my son really enjoyed the Texas waffles. The pool area was nice, however the spa was the virtually same temperature as the pool, although that is our only real complaint.

Very good price for the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was surprisingly very comfortable. The staff were also very efficient. Check was a breeze, no hassle. Only problem was that the room was very humid upon arrival but might have been because it was extremely hot out, it cooled down during the evening.

The staff were very friendly and the lobby looked nice. At first glance our room appeared nice as well, but the bathroom was in need of updating. There were cracked floor tiles, a shower with low pressure, a sink that barely drained, and a toilet so low to the ground you practically fell onto it. The bed, on the other hand was so overstuffed and tall, you had to climb up into it (and I'm 5'10"). The breakfast was so bad, we chose to walk to the Cracker Barrel across the street. The parking lot had some minor trash and dead crickets everywhere, suggesting it's not often spot or cleaned up.

Excellent value for the price. We left before breakfast so I can’t rate, but everything else was great.

Smelt a little musty through the halls and the bed spread. Felt as if the bed spread was not clean. They offer no room cleaning services on weekends.

Visiting family

The room was very dirty. I asked management to clean it, they did have 17 days because that is the time frame of my reservation. The front desk went up and just pushed the debris from the couch to the floor which was already filthy. There were stains on the curtains, the mircowave and mini fridge were dirty and dusty and white stains on the ottoman and floor that could be cleaned but were not. I asked for another room but they didn't have one and offered to clean it again but it was 11pm by then, we checked in at 6pm and went to dinner and in that time frame they were supposed to re-clean it. The hotel smells of dank moisture, marijuana and body odor from a gym. There are people loitering around so if you have a kids, not the place for them. I did appreciate the managment offering to clean it even though it should have been clean in the first place and offering a refund. It was disappointing to have to look for another hotel at 11pm at night on a Friday, we had been traveling and were tired. All we wanted was a clean, safe place to sleep. I guess it might be considered "safe" since the police were constantly in the parking lot.

When we walked in it smelled like cheap air freshener, the room was not clean, there was no houskeeping on the weekend, and the hottub smelled terrible. What staff there was were helpful, but that didn’t make up for the deficiencies.

They could’ve had more yogurt for breakfast did not ask the clerk just left. No housekeeping services were available for Friday and Saturday night which I don’t understand that should be your most busiest night.

Found two roaches ! Breakfast was cold and coffee unbearable.

Pet fee was not explicitly stated on my booking site and the room was not cleaned thoroughly prior.

Elevator was out of commission Saturday evening when we got back. It did get fixed but my husband has a prosthetic leg and climbing 4 flights of stairs is not an option. No housekeeping on the weekend. Free breakfast was sad. Key card worked after about 20 attempts. We won’t be back.

The place was clean but that was about it the air was not working and the cover that was duct tape up was on the floor. They came up got it working and taped it up. It fell off and would not stay. There was no hot tub if was I e cold and when they where told about it they said they fixed it but that was not true we where there three nights and it never was even Luke warm. I would not recommend this place.

This is a great spot to lay your hat. The girl at the front desk on top of being beautiful, was very nice and helpful and always smiling. Good place I recommend

for some more, the housekeeper glared at my husband. All coffee for the room was decafe. When we had to go to the front for regular coffee, the clerk gave my husband more decafe. He did not seem to know the difference. The front desk staff at check-in was not trained to handle booking the room for another night. He had to call his supervisor 3 times to complete the process which took 30 minutes of standing at the desk waiting. Overall very poor training of all staff.

Good for a one night stay. When I arrived I had to wait for someone to check me in. While eating breakfast, staff had to address a displaced person to leave the property. Will stay at another property, next time. Not having some at the desk right away and seeing why I did in the morning was concerning

Everything was great. Mattress was exceptional. Breakfast, the best I've had at a hotel.

There's a convenience store in walking distance. It's an older Hotel and the condition of the hotel is reasonable for the age. I enjoyed watching the wildlife out the 3rd floor North window of the hotel hallway, however there's a lot of debris/litter behind this area which is probably blown in over time from other trash dumpsters. If I would have had the time, I would have asked someone in the lobby for a trash bag and gloves too pick up the litter around the complex. I'm hoping the beauty and the wildness behind this building stays, but I did see some equipment and it looks like the area and acreage behind this building might be under future construction. The service attendant in the dining area was extremely and exceptionally nice and helpful. Everyone was nice at this location.
