Very friendly and clean place, the beds are very comfortable

It has a good location close enough to Ft Worth and hospitals and doctors.

The elevator needs some maintenance. No ironing board or iron. Short overnight stay for traveling might be ok but not a place for longer stays.

Overall, it was a good stay. I did one day leave some belongings out to come back and find them missing. I have to eat this one up as I got comfortable and forgot to put them away.

The elevator was an experience in itself. Creeky, old door struggled to open and close, no certification posted that's normally seen in elevators to show inspection, etc. Just didn't feel clean overall.

It is in a pretty good location. The staff member was not friendly at all. He tried to say that I had not paid for my room prior to checking in, even after I showed him twice that I had paid. He then placed me in a room without a refrigerator and when I called about it he stated that he was aware that the refrigerator had some issues and they had to get it fixed. I asked for accommodations and was told I would have a refrigerator the next day. All of my food went bad and I had to purchase more because of the inconvenience. I did not feel comfortable with the stay because I felt he was always watching me after I made the complaint. I was so happy to check out!!
