The bed wasn't uncomfortably firm. Most motel beds are too firm to actually sleep in. The rate was affordable. My wife found a hair on the bed, thankfully it was from a scalp. The room was hot when we checked in but the AC cooled it off in about an hour.

Parking was easy, staff was nice. The beb was clean but everything else was pretty dirty. The tv remote had gunk stuck to it and the tv would randomly stop working. There was no way to cast our phones to it so we had no entertainment. The pool was dirty and last but not least the elevator is TERRFYING. It madness god awful noises and it sounds like it could snap at any second.

Property always clean and well accommodated. I have no complaints.

The staff entered the room without announcing themselves and walked in on my husband getting out of the shower. It was loud. Other rooms playing loud music at 3:30 am and it seemed like people were living there. There was a lot of cooking going on in other rooms so the hallway always smelled of food. Boxes of empty cans, dirty paper plates and food at the end of the hallway

We work overnights and sleep during the day.. Well the owners who are here everyday mind you and talk with guest heard that we worked over nite so he asked one of their housekeepers if they wouldn’t mind working overnite once a week to clean and freshen linens and she said sure so once a week 4 our entire stay our rooms were done while we were at work.. In all my years of traveling for work which has been more than 10yrs has any hotel accommodated our schedules.. They are an amazing friendly Hotel and i would recommend anyone who comes to Benbrook Fort Worth Tx. to stay here.. every thing in this hotel is very comfortable and very clean. if i could give 10 stars i would give them a 10.

Noise level from other room doors slamming was a bit much. The whole floor was non-smoking but once in the hallway you can smell cigarettes. I do believe it was that same room that kept slamming their doors because the second day it was quiet and no smell

Shower head made water pressure too hard, no toilet seat lid, had to ask for wash cloths and what was given were wash cloths that were dinghy and stained need to be thrown away. Sheets and comforter had stains as well. Noise level loud from room next door could hear conversation and volume from TV. Main Street traffic was disrupted as well. Child didn’t feel safe and both of us felt the room lacked cleanliness and sanitation. Staff were nice. Housekeeper was working on something when asking for wash clothes and used profanity saying she was frustrated with whatever she was doing but did provide wash clothes. Will not stay here next time I’m in the area and won’t recommend.

I was waiting to move into my house and the area of motel is nice there are a lot of places to eat and Walmart is nearby too. I disliked being charged $50 incidentals to extend stay, when I never checked out(takes 5 days to return funds). The staff constantly wanting to enter room even after you say no thanks to housekeeping or not dressed and become rude because I clean up my own room I don’t want my kitten to escape when door opens. One staff member even said we take pride in our property & keep it clean. If that’s true why is there roaches, and other bugs and nasty bubble in the ceiling if they take such pride because it looks nothing like the photos at all. The staff are rude and allowed kids unattended to run down the hall banging on doors and yelling repeatedly from 11p-12:30a and when I went to front desk “they just got here and are settling in” they could have settled down in their own rooms and not disturb others

For the price, it was worth it. But otherwise the room smelled extremely musty, there were only 3 pillows for a king bed for 2 people, the toilet seat had damage that was unpleasant to look at. Nice lighting options that made the place more cozy and pleasant. Otherwise, for an easy one night stay it was great for the price- but likely will never stay here again honestly.

It’s Motel 6, so don’t expect much. I did expect a towel rack in the bathroom to hang a towel on while you use the shower. I did expect soap and shampoo. Yes to tiny soap that don’t do anything. No to shampoo (but was told there’s a vending machine downstairs.) really? The elevator sounds like two pieces of metal eating each other as the doors open. A little concerning. Triangle shower in a square room, A/C that smelled like a swamp. But again, it’s a Motel 6. They could do better is all I’m saying.

The parking lot lights were so bright that the first night I would wake up thinking it was already morning. I would stay here again because it gets the job done for an affordable price.

Cons: seems like a nice neighborhood, but the woman standing outside, walking around looked sketchy & so did the people who were staying there. Staff weren’t friendly. The air conditioner was loud so we didn’t use it. Rooms are not sound proof at all. I could hear a woman coughing & doors slamming all night. Curtains are not blackout so once the sun is up, the room is bright. The bed was not comfortable but who can sleep with all the noise & sunlight. My biggest issue was booking this stay on hotels.com & I did a few comparisons before I chose Motel 6. At the final checkout, my booking reset the occupants to 1 & not 2. I used rewards so I assumed that’s why it was a low price. I didn’t realize it bc at check in the woman never mentioned it to me or my husband when we both checked in together. It was only brought up by the man who checked us out when we asked for our cash deposit back. He immediately said we charge by the number of occupants & I made it for 1 not 2. I told him I made the reservation on hotels.com & the woman at check in should’ve told me. We would’ve paid the difference. Not once did he ask how our stay was or if everything was okay in the room. He was only worried about the condition we left the room & feeling like we cheated him on the # of guests so he could keep our deposit. There’s no need to be rude or unprofessional, a simple explanation would’ve sufficed.

It’s very clean. Professionally managed. I enjoy staying here with my 2 dogs. Parking lot is well lit and spacious, too. Honestly- not one complaint do I have. It’s the best bargain for tens of miles, IMHO.

The Management here is above average. All staff are very cordial. There is a sizeable area in the back to walk your dogs on grass, too. Honestly- one of the nicer Motel 6 stays I’ve experienced. Plenty of places to eat and a drugstore directly next door.

Seems like a nice safe area. Like all motel 6's, there is no breakfast options, but there are right-across-the street options. There is a nearby Walmart. And nice to have microwave and fridge in room. Bring your own hair dryer.

The location was well kept, but both nights I came in, there were men standing around and walking in the parking lot... not fellow "renters". Made me feel unsafe as a woman.

Had a roach crawl over my chest and had the worst time getting a refund, because I was my fault 8 was in the room for 4 hours before I saw the roaches. Do NOT stay here.

The motel is inexpensive- so it is basic. I did not feel like I was overcharged … which I frequently do at hotels. So that’s good :) . If I stayed again I would bring my own towels !

Second time visiting this property. It's clean and the staff is always so pleasant. I highly recommend this place. You want be disappointed. 😊👍

I wish they had a breakfast option. Other then that, it was a good experience.

Overall it was good except the doors slam very loud all night people kept coming in and out and the doors would slam loud. So I didn't sleep at all. And I had a very important drs appointment and no sleep then drive back hour 4 hours away.

Overall the property was nice, rooms were very clean, and well maintained. On the first night of our stay the room next to us had a loud barking dog, asked the desk to please speak with them and after speaking to 4 people they finally understood me, believe there was a possible language barrier. On our last night about 2 rooms down it sounded like some adults fighting like cats and dogs, informed the guest because it was about 1am and the desk lady stared at me like she didn’t understand a word I said, I just gave up and went to bed, they yelling and screaming went of for about another 45 minutes and stopped, as far as the property it was a nice area to stay, as far as peace and quiet on the stay that could have been better.

My stay is always good. The rooms are very clean although my past 2 stays not sure if the sheets where changed are not, because there was still strings of hair on the fitted sheet and the water could've been a little hotter.

I didn't like that the people in room 225 kept arguing and banging on the walls and slamming doors. I couldn't get to sleep at all.

Quick check-in with a minimal incidentals charge. Clean rooms with updated decor and windows that actually open. All rooms have interior entrances. Interior corridor/hallway has low ceilings and feels/smells older that the rooms themselves. Elevator is creaky and kind of small

The hotel was well lit in the parking lot and the facility and room was clean. It was fair for the price. However, they did nor provide shampoo or a hair dryer. When we left from the second floor the elevator was out of service.

Friendly staff, very noisy all the time. Toilet broken immediately upon arrival. The staff offered to change me to a different room but I just kept the broken toilet.

Very nicely arranged clean room! Great bathroom and large unique shower shape! Like the central heat and air! Bed very comfortable!

Very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and overall feeling of safety. It was noisy though. We heard every vehicle that drove by, every conversation in the hallway, and every door shut down the hall.

This property is close to my husband’s job. He stayed there due to weather conditions. He said there were a few ambient noises, but nothing horrible. The room was clean, staff were nice and he was able to avoid driving in potentially dangerous weather since he was on-call. He said the bed was comfortable. The only complaint was that there wasn’t a complimentary breakfast, but he was able to get breakfast at work.

Basic, but very nice and clean! Changed my mind about staying at a Motel 6. I will definitely give this chain another try. Wish they had hair dryers though!

Smell of the weed in the hallway, despite no smoking sings. Reception staff was friendly and looked after my parcel for me as it’s arrived early.

The room was mostly clean other than some dried bloody boogers on the wall. The lobby smelled like cigarette. The second floor reeked of marijuana. I brought this to their attention, and they acted like it was no big deal. My remote for the tv didn't work and the lady at the desk told me there was no one there that could help me. They required a pet deposit in cash. Basically, you get what you pay for. Cheap hotel, cheap service.

Had a 2 night stay planned and paid for. Only stayed one night. That’s how I felt about the stay.

Property was not as listed. Its old run down. Service was horrible and rude and never at the desk when needed. Beds were very hard. Had to pull sheets off the bed due to having stains on sheets. Bugs!!!! Giant in bathroom. Then while attempting sleep had 2 crawl on us so didnt get any sleep. Informed manager of all issues when we checked out early and all he said was nothing he could do just part of staying in a hotel. Also was not Informed elevator was broken til after he put us in a room on the 3rd floor which was very hard. I want a refund and will be contacting motel 6 corporate.

The first day I was put in room 120 and it was noisy from something running. So I moved on the other side at 322 and it was nice and quiet. I have one complaint. I bring a black light and check the sheets. They were all clean but they had old stains in them and they should have been thrown away. This is what you get when you go cheap.

Was a decent stay. The location is nice especially for the Benbrook area. My rooms bathroom fan/vent didnt operate, and was holding on for dear life. But the room was comfortable. The toilet clogged and when I let the front desk know they offered only for me to come get the plunger. Not sure where the customer service goes in that part. Other than that it was a great stay. Great location.

If you're a smoker and wish to smoke, you can basically ignore all the wording at check out about it being a smoke free facility and shouldn't have to worry about any "cleaning fee." If you're a non-smoker, asthmatic, or have any issue aggravated by tobacco smoke, plan to stay elsewhere.

The location was perfect! we were very pleased with everything!!! Thank you.

Clean and in good condition. Very rude and confrontational check-in guy. He pushed for $50 cash deposit instead of just using my credit card. Pillow was way too firm and bed was uncomfortable.

Will diffently be back and will maje this my Motel 6 to go too
