The hotel is under construction. The part that is finished is very nice. They plan to be a 5-star hotel, but it can't be yet because of work on the building. I'm glad, though. Price was great, room was great. Pool was closed, weight room operating. Service was fantastic. Breakfast was free and decent.

Very nice staff! Would definitely recommend to friends and family, the only downsides were there was a lot of different funky smells to the hotel in different parts and some were definitely unpleasant. Only one elevator was working due to remodel so definitely a lot of cardio to and from the rooms and lobby, and there was already some damages inside of the room. Great breakfast!!! Super fancy for hotel food

This is a renovated hotel and the smells of the hallway smell. Point blank period I had to buy a candle for my room to make it smell better and not like roach spray. The ac was leaking so was a wet floor by ac unit and bed. The staff is great! Just to be honest I will not come back again. Wish the 2 bedroom had a walk-in shower like the 1 bedrooms do. Would like to see someone at front desk at all times. My family waited 20 min for someone to come to greet us at the front desk. Thank you for a nice cheap time. just had to write this all reviews caught me but when stayed I don't know what they went by. Pool was also closed for construction with the outside building.

I understand that this property is a former Holiday Inn; however, it has been FULLY renovated to like-new condition, and has a staff totally on top of their game. I would most heartily recommend this hotel for anyone staying in DFW!

We stayed in a room with a roll in shower for easy access for my wife to get in with her wheelchair. The shower was not equipped with handicap bench/chair. Called front desk to see if they would provide one with no luck. Purchased our own at a Walgreens near by

This place is AWESOME. The environment just elevates you. Everything has been remodeled; I can tell they hired interior decorators to transform this place. Breakfast was good, and the gym has all the essentials. The customer service is also top notch. Lorenzo and Pedro at the front counter were friendly and helpful. Excellent value for the money. I highly recommend it.

The price was pretty awesome, which I think it was because they were remodeling. I’ve never heard of Kozy, but the hotel was clean and stylishly decorated. The room was pleasant and neat, with everything functional. My family and I had a last minute trip visiting places around the DFW area, and it was a great location in between. Breakfast was included and I loved the variety of food available. The staff were very friendly. The place felt comfortable and couthy. I would definitely be booking with Kozy for future occasions.

After multiple attempts to reach this facility via emails, phone calls that never materialized, because of changed flights, dates etc. I would give this property a (zero) 0. Emails returned to sender. Phone calls - unavailable try back later. Manager later would not refund amount paid by me.

When I reserved this room the info stated it had free shuttle from DSW airport to the hotel.When we arrived at airport and called hotel the recording said to press # _ for transportation. No answer. I waited and recalled . eventually I got an answer from desk saying they had no transportation. So, looked for a cab. The cab wanted $50 to take us 5 minutes away to the hotel. I could have booked another hotel that had transportation. When we finally arrived there was no one at the desk. We were calling around the lobby finally someone came and gave us our room key.. The room was in need or aremodel. The hotel had no restaurant. It was blocked off and sealed up. No vending machines. I eventually went to desk (no phone response from room). Had to search for clerk again. Received 3 flyers for restaurants with delivery. One was permanently closed. One no longer delivered and the last one reluctaantly delivered with a $50.00 minimum. The clerk told us we could walk 5 minutes away to some restaurants. These were across the Highway. The overpass was dark and no sidewalk.My husband walks with a cane and is in hid 80"s. I found out the next morning that this Holiday is is being taken over within this year and being redone. The worst enxperience I ever had. Fortunately the next morning we were picked up by family to go to their house.. Whenat the hotel there was only 1 other car in the lot. I don't thin there were many booked rooms. Out room looked over the parking lot.

They put us in a wheelchair room and it was the size of a closet. I’m not sure how anyone with a wheelchair can get around in that room . Plus stains in carpet and dirt on walls . Not the best staff.

Nothing Staff were unhelpful, no soap, shampoo or shower gel! staff said there was none available. Breakfast was poor, moved to the Hyatt Regency the next night breakfast was $2 more but what a world of difference. Would recommend the Hyatt over Holiday Inn anytime

Fantastic room for the price(2 night stay over the weekend for $180)!! After reading some of the reviews, I was a little worried that I might be “getting what I paid for”, but I was pleasantly surprised. All of the staff were super nice and helpful. Someone is at the desk 24 hrs. Room was super comfortable and clean too.

As the saying goes, “you get what you pay for”. Lobby smelt like stagnate mop bucket water. Hallways weren’t much better. Only one of our keys worked. Stains on curtains and comforter. Shower valve was broken so a steady, continuous leak throughout the night. Pool gate was chained during open hours. Continental breakfast was an additional $18.78 per person. Although, if you’re looking to save some money, this might be the spot for you!

I like the fact that the hotel was easy access to freeway off and on. I didn’t like the fact that the hotel was old and dated and rooms was small and just had an old antiquated feel too it. No free breakfast offered. Glad I only stayed less then 24 hours

I called the week before our trip to ensure the pool was up and running, since we were only staying one full day prior to our flight out to Mexico. I was told the pool was working. Showed up a few days later and the pool was green. In spite of this, the front desk employee offered to okay the refund through Expedia and we went down to Courtyard.

We had an issue with water bugs (due to the rain plus we were on the 1st floor). One we brought it up to the front desk they moved us to a higher room right away. They even gave us an upgrade. Very clean and quiet hotel. The pool is nice and big, a lot of seating in the pool area.

I booked two rooms and both showers did not work well. One room the shower stayed on all night long. When we called to tell them at midnight they said there was nothing they could do and just leave it on. Woke up to a VERY humid room.

The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. The staff offered to swap my room the following day. I was checking out the next morning. It was a long night with a screaming fan unit. Also, the hallway had a bad musty odor; I was concerned when I got out of the elevator. The room itself seemed clean.

The room was dirty, the walls had smears of every color on them especially in the bathroom. The carpet felt nasty. There were holes in the wall. The a/c did not work. Horrible hotel stay. I was definitely disappointed in holiday inn. I paid $150 a night because they are usually a better hotel. Next time i will pay the extra $50 and stay at homewood.

Loved the hotel but was extremely upset because they would not pick us up at the airport even after me calling before I made reservations and the day before I flew to Dallas. They had a shuttle to and from the airport but refused us service at 9:00 pm from airport and shuttle ran until 11:00 pm.

This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. 1 out of 3 keys worked. Wet carpeting from mildew because the air conditioning isn’t left on so it’s humidity that has made the carpet wet. Mildew smelling room, parking lot light shining straight into room, black out shade not on its track, slow draining sink so you brush your teeth and your spit stays in the sink, leaking paper cups for tea which I used my own tea bags. The one in the room looked old and wrinkly. Kurrig coffees only decaf. Coffee at breakfast was the tiniest cups I’ve ever seen. Only heavy cream as an option, restaurant closes at 9 with nothing in the mini mart for purchase. No real snacks or beverages. I am Shocked IHG would have its name associated with it. I’ve stayed in red roof inns that were a thousand times nicer. Truly the worst ever. No customer service. People should not stay there! You should not partner with them. Definitely makes me question expedias judgement.

Hotel was in severe need of mold remediation in the rooms and floors. Got sick from being exposed to mold and dampness in room. Fortunately they put me in a better room but it sadly has issues too. They should not be open during their renovation project

Need uokeppeing new carpet. They are old with spit marks in many places inside and outside my room. Sir conditioner very noisy, unable to be adjusted. I was not able to sleep. Sleeping was the main reason I stay at a hotel. Shuttle service at very slow. I waited almost one hour and a half at airport for Pickup.

The property did not provide what I paid for and what was included in my room package. I was given incorrect information for the Shuttle Service, Did not get the breakfast assigned to my room and the options for breakfast was limited. The staff was not willing to accommodate my requests even though I paid for it because they claim they do not associate with third parties. I wound up paying additionally for my transportation and had to purchase breakfast elsewhere. I am allergic to pineapples which were mixed in their very small fruit bowl. When I asked if there was any other fruit available because I'm allergic, they said NO.

This was a good hotel, everything was clean and comfortable. The only concern is that there is nothing really in walking distance around. Keep that in mind. If you need a place just for the night by the airport, perfect. If you are staying a few nights, keep in mind there are no restaurants nearby.

The elevator is in very poor conditions, it has a very creaky sound that annoys you until your room like a horror movie. The hot water does not work so you can imagine taking a shower before your trip at 5am and -1C outside. And the shuttle service is not good, the driver was very rude, I had to call several times because they never showed up and at the end he was very annoyed by the fact of picking me up and helping me with the luggage.

Do not stay at this hotel! Shower was broken, water leaked all night in the bathroom, wallpaper coming undone at the seams, and communication at the front desk during check-in absolutely terrible. For a Holiday Inn Select, very surprised. I will think twice before ever booking at this chain of hotels again.

This hotel has a confusing lay out when trying to park and find an entrance door near your room. Check-in person took my DL for Check-in and didn’t give it back. Hoping they mail it as promised. Elevator smelled HORRID, like hair perm chemical both on the way up and back down the next day. Ooof It was bad. Room was clean and comfy, nice beds. Outdated TV: no guide or access to streaming services.

The customer service was phenomenal however the beds killed it for us. We had terrible sleep our two nights we stayed here. The lobby smelled of sewage, and the ceiling of our room had major water damage stains. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that doesn’t have buffet style Continental breakfast. Their breakfast menu was limited and would have preferred self served buffet. The front desk said that the $50 holding fee would be returned upon check out but it’s still pending and it’s already been 3 days since our stay. Location seemed safe!

I booked through Expedia. It said reserve now pay later. When I get to the hotel they had already charged my card. Long story short Expedia called the hotel and sent them the itinerary showing it was a pay later and the hotel said there’s no way they could’ve known that because it didn’t show on their side. Everyone was so rude. And I’ve never stayed at a hotel where there’s never a manger on site every time I asked for one it was always “their not here right now”. They showed frustration everytime I brought something up (the tub was leaking all night and the sound was annoying, the check in process was not smooth, and when I asked for towels they said verbatim “you have to come get them yourself we don’t have anyone that will bring it to you” instead of saying “sure we have towels in the lobby if you want to come get some we’re a little short staffed.” We went for the cowboys game so it gave us a bed and a shower but it wasn’t clean the carpets were stain the bathroom smelt like urine. The room had a wet musty smell.

The room I got was terrible. I was only there overnight to catch an early flight so I didn't want to make it a hassel. But the towels were all stained except 1, the sink area was so small I couldnt even put my toiletries there and it was also slanted, so when I go to put my eye drop solution it slid down. I was so tired I didn't judge anything else, that was the most memorable. Did not have a good experience

Booked a room for after a concert. Called ahead to tell them we would be checking in late. When we got there they had overbooked the hotel and gave our room away. They were turning people with reservations away and saying they had no more rooms.

When checking in was told there was a $50 refundable fee for pet. When I checked out there was a $75 charge and it was nonrefundable. Was discussing this with the front desk had a 8 o’clock transport to the airport and the airport shuttle left so I had to pay an extra $30 for an Uber to take me to the airport so I would not miss my flight.

Fabulous hotel in the middle of dallas. Next to the interstate so you can make a quick getaway to anywhere in DFW. Nar some good shopping and restaurants. Your never a stones through from somewhere. The hotel is very queit clean and the beds are very comfortable. Great pool. Staff is very friendly.

The front desk staff were awesome! The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The pool looked amazing although I wasn’t able to partake in a swim. The restaurant was not busy at all and the food was good although there weren’t many options on the menu and prices were a bit high. They had free shuttle service to the airport although the person manning the phone for the shuttle sounded like he was bored to death and hated his job. You do need to reserve the shuttle in advance and they don’t always have enough room, so be aware of that.
