I normally dont give reviews but this place just didnt give what theyre advertising. The whole place is ok. I accept that you get what you pay for but this place was just giving stingy vibes. I rented a 2 bedroom suite for 7 people, they only gave 6 towels. When we asked for more towels, they said they can give me only 2 more. We asked for extra pillows and blankets for the pull out couch. The guy said he will check and get back to us but never did. They also have coin operated washer and dryer but dont have coins. You can pay through the app, but it will be .25 cents more than if you have quarters. We had to ask for toilet paper every day since they only give 2 small rolls per day. The pool looks nice and blue in pictures but in person, it looks more green. My kids complained they were itchy and never went back for the rest of our stay. Their carpets need to be changed because there is a smell in the hallway, elevator and some in the room. The beds were not comfortable and had some old stains on them as well. I dont expect much for the price but I do feel like towels, toilet paper, quarters, pillows are all bare minimum needs for your guests. We obviously visiting out of state so idk if they thought we wanted to steal them or something.

I DID leave that night, drove 3 hours back home and then returned in the morning as I was beginning a new job. Went back to the hotel and low and behold their is one lady there who magically was able to find my room request and made it happen IMMEDIATELY. However, due to the original lady with piss poor customer service I lost 2 nights out of this stay. The first one and when I returned on Thursday she was there and I made the decision to leave after another exchange with her. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone as I do not fund stupidity as the young lady that looked like she rolled out of bed

Was initially given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. When I pointed this out to the clerk on duty. Instead of apologizing, she walked off the job,quitting! I have never been given an uncleaned room to check into ever in my life. I’m done with this property.

We stayed from Wednesday to Sunday and not once did housekeeping come to get trash, bring trash bags or towels and toilet paper I had to go get a roll for my self. I found a razor head on the floor in my kids room and our fireplace did not work at all. The couch arm had a massive rip and it just looked like it had been mauled by a dog. There was no soundproofing at all I was on the 3rd floor and could hear everything that was said by people in the pool and hallway.

Water was spilled in front of the elevator entrance way, and the towels were horrible, they were not soft, and some were soiled. The noise level was bad from the highway and the pool water looked cloudy and not sanitized . The breakfast was not appealing, no water in the pictures, the orange juice wasn't cold and the staff wasn't friendly

To start the property is grave need of major repair. On the surface that is visually everything looks nice, but if you looking beyond the surface you will see clearly all the things that aren’t in plain sight. The amount of money charged to book needs to be less until complete repair, renovations and upgrades are made. The first room I checked into had a moldy scent as if water damage was present, the second room the door wouldn’t shut on its on and had to be slammed in order to close properly, the bathroom shower you can’t take a decent shower due to all of the water accumulation and back up, the toilet pressure is almost non existing and worse of all was the bed linen wasn’t changed, was soiled with appeared to be lipstick stains, dirt and so residue. I requested to have my room switched a third time due to the inconvenience and ended up not due to being so tired and suffering with a migraine. I didn’t feel good to have to go all the way down stairs to then pack up all of our belongings to then move to another room that I could not guarantee that wouldn’t be the same if not in worse condition. In addition to this I was told that the room was scheduled for carpet cleaning and asked if that could be done. This by far was the worst experience that I have ever experienced from Hilton and I’m totally blown away especially being I expressed that I wasn’t feeling good , had a migraine and was tired and just wanted to sleep. Totally unacceptable after being charged such a high fee

We were in town for a board game convention and needed a hotel close to the airport. This location was very close (10-14 min drive) and fit all our needs for our stay. The breakfast each morning was very good and the hotel itself was well maintained.

The smell bothered me, but we got used to it. On the last day, there we were, headed out for an event, and my husband noticed a cockroach in the kitchen. Because we were in a rush and were running late, we killed it, threw away the food that was out, and left. Later that night, my daughter found a smaller one, we were checking out the next day, so that's when I let them know. No one was available at the desk, so I used the text function and replied to a message that had been sent to me earlier asking about our stay. The reply that I got was "I'm sorry to hear that. If you'd let us know, we would've tried to help make it better for you." I let him know that we were running late and didn't get back until late, and that we also saw a dead one on top of the fridge before we left, and the reply was "Sorry to hear that". I am going to assume this was a known issue for this room, as it reeked of bug spray, and the other two rooms didn't. I wish I had said something sooner, like when we first walked in, and I smelled the bug spray, but we had a long drive, they were able to let us check in early, and we were there for a quick turnaround trip, and everything was a rush the whole weekend. But the reply showed a lack of concern. To me, the room seemed pretty clean, because I do my own cleaning, and when I wiped things down, I didn't see much dirt on the cleaning towels. So I figured my spray was preventive, but now I know that there was an actual problem.

As a solo traveller this has been my go-to for my last few trips to the Bedford area in DFW. Its in a good location, handy for a whole host of places to eat, right by the highway network and not too far from the airport. I stayed in a 1 bedroom king suite and the size is generous with everything you could need for a stay in the the room. The bed was very comfortable! I like having a suite as the bedroom/living areas are separate but there are other room types available. Theres a decent wee kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob, microwave and coffee maker. The lounge area has a sofa, armchair and a dining table with chairs as well as a TV. Breakfast at the hotel covers a good selection each morning and i love that theres a small gym and an outdoor pool for guests use. I extended my stay by a couple of days and while my existing room was unavailable and i had to switch, the staff were great in facilitating this and only moved me next door to a queen suite making the transition easy.

Overall, the hotel itself and the amenities were nice, but cleanliness left something to be desired.

Breakfast was a let down, found two bugs in the room, you can hear a pen drop in the hallways from your room and the whole hotel smells like cat pee. Had better experiences at motels. Save your money

Our hallway stunk like trash. The ac in our room started leaking. Only one towel I the room when we got there. The vent in our room made so much noise when the ac came on that it would wake you up. The shpwer so very slippery and the hotel did not have mats to go in the shower and we had an elderly person with is so I had to go buy my own.

Kitchen was fully stocked. Room was spotless. Breakfast was good.

My room was very clean and nice. I expected to pay way more than what I actually paid. I can’t remember the receptionist name that check me in on 5/9/26 at 3pm but she was amazing. The breakfast was great. Thank you for making my stay wonderful.

The breakfast menu was fresh each morning with a good variety of options to choose from. Everything tasted well-prepared. The kitchen area was also convenient and had the essentials needed for cooking simple meals during the stay. Overall, the atmosphere was comfortable and enjoyable, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The property was nice the property was clean the problem we had with this Hilton just like the last three Hilton properties we have stayed at is we can’t get our room cleaned. We have talked to the hosts and hostess’s of all the Hilton properties and have been unable to get our rooms cleaned. We put our placard which says we want the room cleaned but they are ignored. Why do we pay for a Hilton and get motel six service. Our rooms don’t get cleaned so every single evening we end up going to the desk to get towels and wash clothes.

We had been given a bottle of wine and put it in the refrigerator to get cold but the bar on the door was broken but placed in the correct spot so it wasn't visible until the bottle had fallen and broken all over the floor. Also the shampoo and conditioner are put in the rooms as amenities it just makes sense that they would be check between guests so they are not empty, like it was in our room.

This was the first time I had gotten a suite and I loved it! Staff was pleasant but the hotel felt run down. Room was well sized but like the rest of the hotel felt dated and in need of maintenance (loose floor tiles, etc.). More of a Days Inn vibe than Hilton.

Clean, large room. Windows opened so it helped with the heat that you could not turn off. The check in agent signed me up for email and a Hilton account without my permission or asking me. It was taking a long time to check in, much longer than usual. I asked if there was a problem? He said no I am updating your information. He asked for my email and I thought it was to verify my reservation. It wasn’t it wax to sign me up for spam from them. Totally unacceptable. It ruined an otherwise great stay. I am still quite livid about it.

Honestly we really did enjoy ourselves. The hotel was beautiful. Beds were not very comfortable but over all it was a nice stay. Looks like a mini apartment.

It was my first time staying at the hotel and after the current situation I am in this stay helped me relax and rest. Room was clean and welcoming and all the staff were polite and friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back again!!

Feels really homy, i love the fact that i had a separate living room from the bed room and both living and bed rooms had a good size TV. The fact that i had a good size referigerator ith microwave and kitcinette was great. The only downside is that two of the days, we didnt have breakfast bcuz the pantry staff didn't make it to work due to the inclement weather. I however think this should have been anticipated and planned especially because all of texas was expecting the snow. Other than that, i love the room..

The room was nice. Nice comfortable bed, TVs in both rooms, good setup. The traffic noise was TERRIBLE! Neither my husband or I could sleep through it. We had stayed at this property a year ago, but our room was in a different location and we didn't notice the noise.

There are no complaints regarding the room or hotel other than the bed was very uncomfortable. There was also no comforter; simply a sheet and a paper thin blanket.

The location was perfect for where I had to be. The set-up was nice. The pool was very pretty. The sitting area was very nice and comfortable. The way you could hear everyone's conversation through the walls and as you pass in the halls. The bed had a really bad stain on the mattress. Made me feel really sick and dirty. There was real bad stains on the couch and food on the floors.The front desk clerk wasn't very friendly. She never greeted me with a smile. And when I asked a question, she was really short with her words as if she didn't want to answer.

I asked to use the BBQ pits in advance since there was a sign that we had to book the barbecue pits. The lady in the front desk said we didn't have to book it. When we got to using it lady told us we couldn't use it unless we booked it. My brother-in-law offered to give her a plate and she said yes. Also we asked to clean the pool, and lady in front just said maintenance is on vacation. So no cleaning the pool and why would we want to use the pool if it's cold. If our kids decide to get in the pool it's our business not hers the pool should be clean. Either way my nephew clean the pool. Breakfast area was good.

The room was not completely clean upon or arrival. The room appeared to be ready, but there was something wet and slimy on the sheets. It felt like something was biting me and I woke up itchy the next day. We did not make it to breakfast.

My husband and I would stay again

I'm an older guy going through cancer treatment. They think I broke their TV. I never actually watch TV. I have a laptop, a tablet, and 3 phones. If you want to stay here, don't be old, or from a protected class. I can easily pay for another TV, like the one I didn't use. If you are any type of protected class, they will not respect you.

One of the best places I have stayed! It felt homey and was very convenient, clean, and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious! The room was amazing and I loved the decor and layout. Great place to stay for the price!

Finally got refunded a full 5 days later after calling 4 times for the refund. Loose 50/60lb dog- It starts with an irresponsible owner. I was guiding a special needs person to the very confusing elevator when the aggressive dog approached us barking at us. I slammed the stairwell door in its face and we got out of there. After telling The front desk women, she shared with me that was the third time she had an incident with the dog and her manager wouldn’t believe her. Sad.. if someone was bit this would’ve been a whole different scenario. The dog pee and poop that was in the main pool to hotel walk way was there all weekend. From Friday to Monday. Told the staff Friday. And nothing happened. Told them Saturday. Sat there all weekend. Curtains in my room had about 27 stains all different colors. Dirty walls. Roaches. I just don’t recommend this filthy hotel.

I was guiding a special needs person to the very confusing elevator when the aggressive dog approached us barking at us. I slammed the stairwell door in its face and we got out of there. After telling The front desk women, she shared with me that was the third time she had an incident with the dog and her manager wouldn’t believe her. Sad.. if someone was bit this would’ve been a whole different scenario. The dog pee and poop that was in the main pool to hotel walk way was there all weekend. From Friday to Monday. Told the staff Friday. And nothing happened. Told them Saturday. Sat there all weekend. Curtains in my room had about 27 stains all different colors. Dirty walls. Roaches. I just don’t recommend this filthy hotel.

A previous guest must have broken a glass, because there were pieces in the dishwasher. Other than that, the staff was nice, and the breakfasts were nicely varied (having pulled pork and breakfast taco fixin's were a great change).

It was an amazing stay! The staff were friendly and very helpful when I needed help with the stove. The room was clean and modern. The kitchen had ample space and cooking utensils. The property is conveniently located near the highway, gas station, and Kroger. Also, it near the conference I attended and the Dallas area. I absolutely loved my stay there.

I liked the suite, it was like a small apt. The Bedford police department is only about a mile away.The only complaint is the maid did not understand english, as one day I was trying to tell her I was still getting dressed and could she come back later to clean my room. I finally let her come in to clean the room, because I couldn't make her understand.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our 1-bedroom was quite spacious and comfortable. We were there two weeks. It became home away from home.The breakfast was tasty and filling.

We were so pleased when we opened the door and see it was a suite. With two younger children it was awesome The swimming pool was very nice with grills even if you wanted to cook outside. I would definitely recommend it to others and stay there again myself

Need to improve pest control. Had to kill enormous cockroach in bathroom. I took picture and told the front desk when I checked out.

There were roaches crawling over the kitchen counter where we had set our food down. We went to management but the refused to do anything. We have documented photos and checked out.

We enjoyed yhe space in the room. Just the people above our room was very noise in the middle of the night, and someone, I wouls said a kid was knocking on everyone's doors at night.

We arrived super late, and check in was easy, but when we got into our room, there was a small, live roach on the floor (we killed it), and when we pulled out the sleeper sofa, it had a mattress cover on it (when was it last washed??) and the bagged bedding contained no extra pillows. I called the front desk, and she said they had no extra pillows, so my family of 5 had a total of 4 bed pillows between all. I won’t share the photos publicly, but I have photos. …

No hand soap was provided in our room, no tissues and the breakfast was not refreshed with the early breakfast people there was nothing left when we came down at 8:30am.

The free breakfast was decent. The staff weren't regularly checking if items were running out. Silverware was only cheap plastic utensils available. Room close to dumpster that was serviced at 4:45am. Quite loudly. Smoking area not far from room. Wouldn't stay there again.

The pool was too dirty for my family to use. Many used the pool but I never saw any one putting in chemicals etc. The breakfast was just C-. My mother was there 3 nights never did find the butter. The hot water dispenser had a bad taste due to not cleaning vessel. Therefore could not have hot tea.

The property is conveniently located. The layout is a little weird because I'm used to elevators being close to the lobby, but the staff is friendly. Breakfast was delicious and ample. My grandkids loved the pool.

The room was not maintained, bed sheets were torn, WiFi was out of service two times. The towels are old and rough…at lease needing fabric-softener. I did not try the breakfast, or use the tv.

I had an extremely noisy upstairs neighbor stomping all day and night. We complained 3 times, and management called them, but they kept at it. That prevents me from giving a 5 star rating.

Our room was very nice, clean and much bigger then I expected. Staff was friendly and always greeted us with smiles. Breakfast is free, with a large selection of foods and the food is good. We will definitely stay here again on future trips.

Had signed up4 2 queen beds and when registered they were over booked and had a king and fold out couch. :( furniture was a bit raveled and out dated.

Prices for bottled water were 6 dollars. They didn’t have cash for change, so the only option was charging to my room or paying by debit. The main areas smelled of mildew and the common spaces laced air circulation. During the summer it makes for a smelly hot commute from your room to outside.

Nice hotel for families, our room was very spacious for the 5 of us. It was great to have the kitchenette feature. It was also a good distance to Arlington, which is where the event we came for was. If we come back through, we would stay here again. Good breakfast and staff was very friendly.

Parking was limited late night, but overall a good spot

We booked a room early in the day with two beds and a sofa bed. When we got in late at night, the only room they had left was one bed and a couch for a family of six. They were out of pillows and gave us folded blankets to use. Breakfast was advertised to begin at 6. We had an early flight to catch and made it downstairs around 6:30 to no breakfast and they said it would be ready by 7:00. Overall extremely disappointing as this chain usually provides a much better experience.

Very nice to me, we came in at around 3:35 and settled in the hotel was SO NICE! Amazing service.

On the down side, discussed an issue with noise from a dog in the room above ours. Was told it would be addressed. It was not addressed nor passed on to management. Required multiple trips to the front drsk and speaking with the manager to resolve.

The staff was very friendly. And the hotel was ok. The room was cute a bit out dated but was disappointing was the noise of the freeway. On top of that the window in the room costly was not the right window and would not seal, that did NOT help the freeway noise

Rooms need upgrades and gym needs a bench. It has lots of free weights but no bench

I had issues with my room each day I was there. The toilet overflowed, the next day it stopped up and my last night there I saw roaches in my room. The manager on site only offered me reward points I was not happy with the resolution and I would not stay again DO NOT RECOMMEND

Everything was great. Only thing was the shower took a while to get hot and never got as hot as I would have like it. No other complaints. Front desk people were very friendly.

Tv wouldn't work. No trash can. Front desk staff was out of sight, out of mind.

No trash can. Myself and staff could not get tv working. Shower gel container was empty. Fitted sheet was too small and kept coming undone. Called front desk twice and had to go to front, rang the bell amd still didnt come to front. I had to go behind counter and get his attention. Horrible service and room was not worthy of the price
