Check in staff was the friendliest ever. Hotel was very clean and peaceful.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very clean and well kept.
- 4/5
It was a great value for the price!
- 0.5/5
They overcharged me my charging my card twice overdrafted my account and calls me overdraft fee and all they just say was it’s gonna drop off. It should drop back off well that didn’t make the overdraft fee drop back off. They were very nonchalant about it and him calling the manager while I was standing there, he took my number and no one ever called me. It did eventually drop off, but I still incurred overdraft fees..
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
Was okay… not as nice as some of the other Candlewood. But it was a nice quiet stay
- 0.5/5
Alot of thing the A/C barely worked there was a bad smell in the room and carpet was unclear.
- 4/5
The hotel is clean, the staff is helpful and parking is free and feels safe. We were disappointed they no longer serve breakfast, and the outside doors (other than the front door) wouldn't open with the room key. Also, there's a resident raccoon that has accumulated a lot of trash on the backside of the property. Overall we still enjoyed our stay here despite some of the drawbacks.
- 2/5
No breakfast, facilities is dated
- 4/5
Nice ckea
- 2/5
Run down basically needs some TLC. Door barely closed and the room was just kind of run down and old.
- 1/5
Asked for a receipt the times and never got one.
- 4/5
There was no breakfast available. There's also no pool or hot tub. It was a great room and stay, especially for the price. It's in a quiet location, as well. It seems like they're making improvements, which is good.
- 4/5
No ice in Room or ice machine available or my review would be better Loved the free coffee in the lobby
- 4/5
The waffles were great! There were no plates or knives which soured the experience a bit. I enjoyed the coffee at the front desk. I appreciate the in room kitchenette and the cleanliness. Outside curb is smashed and uneven and presents a hazard. Overall a great stay.
- 1/5
All of the above mentioned..the evening staff was nice however it went downhill from there. The room was different from what was expected. I wouldn't feel comfortable referring this property to anyone.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was very nice and the coffee was actually pretty good.
- 0.5/5
Manager the morning that we rebooked our reservation and how rude and disrespectful she was and how she dismissed us as customers were mkmk
- 4.5/5
The breakfast was good and had lots of options.
- 5/5
We drove from Ga for a passion conference in TX. The stay was great. Lots of room for 3 adult guys. The full size kitchen came in clutch. Walking distance from food and Walmart. Breakfast was awesome, except NO MAYO?! It was clean and staff was great.
- 5/5
Amazing desk and phone associates
- 5/5
What’s very clean - the location with excellent. The staff was very kind. Nothing to complain about.
- 5/5
Some of staff very friendly! The shades on both windows in room 319 gave holes in them. Light shines through at night and looks tacky. Otherwise we had a great visit!
- 3/5
Beds were dirty. There was some odd bug on one of the beds. Breakfast was bland and mediocre. Staff at front desk were nice.
- 4/5
Clean rooms
- 4.5/5
Breakfast is good since it is included in the reasonable price. I got a very quiet room. Mostly, it is very close to the airport and the destination that I needed to go. Perfect for the purpose. There was no information about WIFI in the room. The staff at the front desk gave us wrong Wifi and PW.
- 5/5
Great location. Friendly and helpful staff during the week. Weekens staff not as friendly.
- 5/5
Clean and friendly staff
- 5/5
Perfect!
- 5/5
Awesome place!
- 3/5
If we were to return to Bedford we would stay here again.
- 5/5
Old place. I was disappointed. But nice people and good bed
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, comfortable and easy to access
- 2/5
It is quite old and run down. everything was dingy and beat up. the refrigerator didn't really work (it was on but nothing was cold, and i turned it down to the coldest setting--didn't help). It said 3.5 stars but it was more like a motel: 1.5-2 stars
- 3/5
The staff at this hotel could not be better. My only problem is with aspects of the room. First, the room is too small to be called a suite. It’s smaller than most cheap motel rooms. Yes, it has a kitchen, but I never used anything other than the refrigerator, and I bet most people are the same. Second, the toilet is too small. It is one of those oval or circle shaped toilets that doesn’t fit a man, if you know what I mean. That makes for a very difficult experience. Finally, the breakfast is too ordinary. Eggs taste powdered, and there is little variety. Otherwise, the hotel is fine.
- 5/5
Very good service

Room 106 was possibly the worst smelling room I've ever been in. I don't run in to many "pet friendly" rooms with carpet...and this is probably why. A/C turned up upon arrival didn't help matters. We had just gotten in from our drive and checked in. Jamie may have been the friendliest person I've ever had checking me in. We had to meet family for dinner, we didn't complain about the smell. Picked up a spray bottle of Fabreze fabric freshener and used half a bottle to make the room tolerable. Breakfast choices were pretty good, for a free breakfast and coffee was good. If it weren't for the smell...this would have been pretty good.
- 5/5
Friendly & Professional Staff- clean room, comfortable bed- good breakfast- didn't break the bank!
- 4/5
Very nice and quiet!!
- 4/5
Loved the full kitchen in the room.
- 5/5
Great stay! Clean & friendly!
- 5/5
Clean, Quiet, friendly & professional staff!

Clea, Comfortable- friendly & professional staff!
- 5/5
Great?
- 0.5/5
Breakfast was average, the same as most other big chain hotels. Good location near freeway. Room was nothing special and appeared to need a little "refreshing". Carpet had a slight odor. MONETARILY SPEAKING, THE FACILITY WAS NOT PET FRIENDLY. The fee for a pet was outrageous, more than the room charge. At check-in, you learn that the fee is not a deposit for any potential damage the pet may cause but an actual non-refundable charge. Since your credit card was billed the previous day for the standard room charge(per hotel policy), you're left with the choice of 1)paying the exorbitant pet fee, or 2)finding another hotel and just "eating" the room charge that you already paid to TownPlace Suites. Moreover, 3 additional unspecified small charges were made to my credit card. I called the hotel and was told that the charges were probably "deposits" and may be redacted in 3-5 business days. Such money-grubbing business practices may be legal but definitely are not in the customers' best interests.
- 4/5
Was a pleasant stay. Very nice customer service
- 5/5
Clean Comfortable Room! Helpful Staff! Didn't Break the Bank!
- 5/5
The room was awesome overall! The sofa bed was just uncomfortable. My friend got an extra duvet from the staff and slept on that and it helped a lot.
- 5/5
That it had kitchenette,
- 4.5/5
I don't like the size of the bathroom. The door won't open all the way because it's too small. I also wanted to get change to leave the maid a tip, but the front desk doesn't have a way to make change.
- 3/5
Pros...good area, restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores very close, the hotel is right off the interstate, breakfast is good for something quick on the run and the A/C blows very cold. Cons...rooms aren't clean everyday, towels are limited, upon entering room dead bugs on bathroom floor, floor panel missing in kitchen area, elevator needs upgrading. All in all it's great for a weekend stay
- 4.5/5
Next time I will request a room near an exit at end of hall. It is nice to go discretely in/ out with pet vs down elevator and through lobby. But everyone was very nice.
- 4/5
Staff were really nice, parking was decent and close, complimentary breakfast which was good and the room was comfortable. No pool, room had a funky smell, but was easily gone after opening windows for a few. Parking lot in front floods when there is rain.
- 1/5
Room felt dirty and smelled like cigarettes
- 3.5/5
I LOVED the lady at the front desk! She was so friendly and very pleasant to visit with! The room size was great and bed was comfortable. The hotel was conveniently close to restaurants and a short drive to AT&T Stadium where my event was. Breakfast had a little bit of everything and was tasty. Loved the safety feeling that it was tucked away off the busy street. I would consider staying here again for a short weekend. There was a smoky/unusual odor in the hotel and my room. There was a bug I noticed crawling on the common space table upon arrival. The bathroom was fairly dirty, cracks in the bath wall, and shower did not drain. Overall I can tell the property is older and could use some updates soon! I had also requested a higher floor during booking for safety and privacy reasons. I think there was an oversight with this because I was on the first floor.
- 5/5
Ki d and helpful staff
- 3.5/5
Breakfast was weak.
- 5/5
Staff were exceptionally welcoming after a tough day. Clean. Great amenities
- 5/5
The hotel waa great. Perfect for what we needed
- 5/5
The staff was very nice and the check=in went great.
- 5/5
Just what I was looking for
- 5/5
Both people at the check in desk were so kind and helpful. The room was fine and it was a good value.
- 3/5
Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Awesome stay! Awesome room! Awesome staff! 🌹😎❤️
- 5/5
My Sons both live in the area so this is easy for me. The property is always clean and the staff easy to deal with. I have never had an issue here. Stayed 4-5 times.
- 5/5
This hotel is hidden and surrounded by a lot of trees. Very comfortable for the price and excellent staff support
- 5/5
This property is quietly located behind trees and surrounded by trees because the city owns the property behind it it’s full of trees and birds and squirrels and it’s very quiet very serene and safe
- 3/5
Stay was ok
- 3/5
Checked in on Friday as soon as we got to the room, there was a foul odor then we noticed that the fridge was leaking so I called downstairs to the front desk and the man told me that they were booked and he would try to move me the next day me and my daughter did not sleep good because of the old kept us up all night the next morning they did move us into a different room that was much better, but the properties is really old and rundown and needs an update. Desperately the breakfast was OK was not the best breakfast I’ve ever had. I spoke to the manager about the smell and she said she would give me 10,000 points towards my Marriott Bonvoy. I checked out I still don’t see my 10,000 hopefully I’ll get my points if not, that would be really sad because we really suffered in that room that first night my overall stay here was so so I would not stay here again The staff was really nice and apologetic
- 5/5
Breakfast was pretty standard. They started with some silk almond milk the first day or two and then ran out for the rest of my stay which was a little disappointing. Other than that the breakfast wasn't bad by any means. The staff was all polite and very nice. I had to redo my key a couple times and each interaction was friendly. I did notice there were some crickets getting into our room and stuck up in the light in the ceiling and random dead crickets throughout the hotel. Other than that the cleanliness was perfect. I would stay here again it was a nice space and enjoyed the amenities this hotel offered.
- 4/5
The staff is courteous, professional and friendly
- 2/5
Night one no elevator so all the ladies in town for the conference had to drag their luggage up the stairs without assistance, no washcloths or towels in room or hand soap had to go to front desk for items. Next morning flushed toilet once and water did not refill in water tank, staff checked and stated needed new valve but maintenance was not on property so literally I had one flush per day. But hey staff was pleasant and really nice however no concessions were made.
- 5/5
Good people.
- 3/5
I have stayed in this hotel three times, mainly because of the room type it offers (suites), and the location. However, this last time the first room I was assigned was dirty, and the shower didn’t work (I had to ask for a room change). Also, they have “notices” on the elevator about noise and parties, but when I called about a party outside (in a common area), I was told that a lot of guests had called complaining, that there was nothing that they could do, but that if I wanted to leave, I could (this was at 2am). Also, the property needs serious updating.
- 5/5
There was left over dog food on floor throughout the hotel room that I kept finding. There was a dead grasshopper in the bathroom on the floor and it's legs and other body parts on the seat of the toliet upon entering the room for the first time. Throughout the stay I had to kill three more grasshoppers, and I have no idea where there were coming from
- 1/5
They keep changing you even after you leave. I checked out the night before I was scheduled to check out. I dropped my room key in the box, told them I was leaving and they still changed me another day.
- 2/5
They never clean rooms.
- 5/5
The property is conveniently close to Arlington, Ft. Worth, and Dallas but is quiet and felt like a suburb, which I appreciate. The room and lobby area are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. Breakfast food is OK, although there was not many seating inside the room.
- 1/5
Wall A/C in the living area, nothing in the bedroom. If you don’t leave the door open the bedroom gets extremely hot at night even with the ceiling fan. Old tiny outdated TV’s. No pool, very dated paint and carpeting. Dripping bathtub, 1 1/2” gap under the door letting in all the hallway noise and light, fridge barely chilled items at the coldest setting,
- 3/5
It's largely a self service motel. My room was only cleaned twice in several weeks. Most of the staff is nice. For the price it is decent. You just need to do a lot of work yourself, like cleaning and washing towels.
- 3/5
Upon arrival and looking the room over, the room offered everything needed and more for the 1 night stay that i had. However, the room could use some updating. The light o er the desk did not have a lightbulb and therefore could not be used. The most disturbing part of the stay is finding dead and alive crickets in the room. It made me ready to go immediately.
- 5/5
In town for the week , amazing and comfortable stay, sunshine and the rest of the front desk staff was very helpful whenever needed or had questions. Nice and quiet environment. Will likely visit again whenever back in town
- 2/5
At best 3 star. Regular staff is good management needs improvement.
- 5/5
Very decent!!
- 5/5
The GM was so nice and understanding. We thought we had booked a handicap accessible room and she got it squared away for us and went above and beyond. Great staff for sure!
- 5/5
Nice place to stay. Loved the kitchenette
- 5/5
The building looked a little old, but it was kept very clean. It was very quiet and the bed was super comfy. We really enjoyed our stay.
- 3/5
Front desk was super friendly & helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The property is outdated and one of the bathroom cabinet doors fell off when I touched it. I would stay here again, just keep visual expectations low.
- 5/5
A convenient location to visit family. We will be back.
- 2/5
At check in, front desk personnel Todd, denied that payment had been made through Expedia. Even though payment had been made a month prior and I had the itinerary #. He asked for a credit card to hold for room charges and ended up charging the credit card for the stay. I have been attempting to resolve this for a month and still have not. When calling the hotel they claim they did not charge the card meanwhile my credit card statement says otherwise. On another note, at 10 pm on the first night of my stay I went downstairs to ask if they had any salt and pepper packets. I found the front desk clerk and a member of housekeeping in an extremely inappropriate situation with one another in the back area behind the counter. I had to clear my throat and say excuse me several times before they could even hear me. Upon noticing me the housekeeping staff left quickly and Todd came to the front to see what I needed. It was very uncomfortable. I find this staff member to be inappropriate as well as incompetent.
- 4/5
They don’t clean rooms everyday. Garbage can pile up
- 1/5
Very bad experience. Marriott is known for quality but this hotel is very bad. The staff and management don’t care about their guests. The televisions don’t work and they don’t care to check the rooms to make sure everything is functioning properly. The door in the bedroom did not close or lock. the tub doesn’t drain the cook did not show up there were no waffles and breakfast was a mess
- 1/5
They didn’t have the room we purchased available so we didn’t get the two beds in the room we paid for
- 5/5
We were in TX to visit family and stopped in Ft. Worth also. It was a nice place and we felt safe and comfortable.
- 3/5
Was in town for a wedding service was subpar at best broken floor trim causing a cutting hazzard. Never had towels replaced in room. Had to go to the front desk every time.
- 4/5
It was decent. Clean except a couple bottles left in the freezer. I saw no bugs. Everything worked. I never went to breakfast though. If you bring your game, you're gonna need headphones. You can't adjust the volume on the tv when you switch inputs.
- 4/5
We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. It is in a convenient location. It isn't luxurious, but it is very nice and well kept and dependably good. We like the value for the money and it's dog friendly. I'm sure we'll be back again.
- 5/5
Stayed for two days to participate in a bodybuilding competition in Arlington. Chose this location for the cost and the full kitchen units. Awesome staff, nice amenities and very clean. Would recommend and will stay here again 😀
- 4/5
Caho and Joyce were outstanding serving breakfast. Very friendly, helpful and efficient.
- 5/5
These rooms are great! Kitchen with microwave, large fridge, stove, dishwasher, couch and coffee table, dining table. Very happy and comfortable with this hotel!
- 2/5
Human feces on both sides of the bathroom door handle. Was told housekeeping was unavailable and received no help beyond being handed bleach wipes. Was told they did have another, presumably feces-free room, but it was unavailable since I booked through Expedia.
- 5/5
It’s a nice hotel to being stayed.
- 5/5
Security for vehicles.
- 5/5
It exceeded expectations for the price. Great place for staying while on a business trip.
- 4/5
The staff were all amazing! We appreciate friendly service.
- 5/5
It’s a nice hotel and I will consider longer staying there for several times during the stay in Dallas.
- 4/5
Great expect yapping dogs
- 4/5
Eveyrthing was great, stayed on 2nd floor, bed was comfortable, couch wore out. No problems really, just the yapping pups at the end of the Hall.
- 5/5
Great stay and clean rooms and close to many attractions
- 5/5
So relaxing and clean hotel best breakfast stff was friendly would recommend to everyone
- 4/5
Stay was great nice and quite expect for 2 times maybe more but some had dogs the were just barking away while walking up and down the Halls both days while here other than that great place to stay! Will be back!
- 5/5
Great stay I would recommend
- 3/5
The staff were all very friendly. The property itself was a little run down.
- 2/5
There were crickets everywhere. In the hallway in the room and all they could say was it’s that time of year sorry.
- 5/5
Very clean and the property is kept up. Really like the dining area set up, breakfast and the outside seating area which is great if you want to eat outside..
- 5/5
All the guests at breakfast, which was top of the line, appeared to be as comfortable as we were. We plan to use this location anytime we're traveling through the Dallas area.
- 5/5
Always a stress free stay. Breakfast is better than it should be compared to other comparable hotels. Staff very friendly.
- 5/5
Everyone was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
They are awesome. Especially Emosi.
- 5/5
Great place. Only thing is website says free parking. If you click show more you find the parking is not free, but $3 a night. Won’t break you but would have been nice to not say one thing and do another.
- 3/5
Breakfast could have had more options. The coffee pot was kind of a daily hassle to get coffee out due to the loose pump mechanism.
- 3/5
When I got put upstairs because of the noise. The shower had hair in it and the couch had lots of dust on it. It’s not the best but it’s okay overall.
- 4/5
The ice machine was out of order but since we had a pitcher in the fridge it was okay. Everything else was just as promised. Would stay there again.
- 2/5
This was a huge disappointment. Definitely not up to Marriott standards. When the power went out for four hours, the emergency lights in the hall, except for one lasted an hour. No maid service, and when we asked for clean towels they left them on the table and didn't take the used ones. Breakfast staff was excellent, but three days there was no waffle batter. Overall, hotel was run down, and the bathroom was much too small. The television required several steps to operate, if not for maintenance staff, we would not have figured it out. Ice maker was unhooked when we arrived. Stovetop burners were very weak. Door keys deactivated after every use. Only one key worked at any one time. Several trips to the front desk until they gave us "newer" cards that did work. This hotel is very poorly managed. Will not stay at Marriott hotels in the future.
- 1/5
Smell terrible, dirty furniture and old furniture
- 3/5
Breakfast is good overall but waffle maker wasn't working one day
- 5/5
The front desk manager was really nice, place was clean, breakfast was good, bed and room was very comfortable! Will be staying there again. ♥️
- 5/5
I have stayed at all the adjacent hotels around this one within 2-blocks and this is the only one that has its act together. The staff seem genuine. The rooms have great amenities like a stove, refrigerator, soaps and shampoo on the shower wall. They have a real breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, juices, coffee, oatmeal, waffles, bagels sometimes, chocolate milk, an exercise room, and it is overall very quiet. The parking lot seems safer than most others around.
- 2/5
The room was old and falling apart. The toilet almost over flowed with every flush and the bathtub also was clogged. They didn’t service our room during the stay. Seemed nothing was done before we checked in.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Most important room was clean. The only thing they need to put 2 sheets in the rooms with fold out sofa.
- 2/5
The front desk was polite. The hotel is out dated, unkept and worn down. From the dirty carpet to the outdated furniture it was not my expectations of any place with the Marriott name attached.
- 4/5
GREAT breakfast!
- 4/5
Place was dirty and needing update.Breakfast was really nice.staff was nice.ask for soap and new towels on third day never got them or soap.
- 4/5
Good thank you 😊
- 1/5
Our neighbor turned his television on at 5:00am and we did not sleep anymore at all. It was like it was loud and right in our room. Staff is very friendly and service is great, but if you want a good night sleep, I would not recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
Overall it was nice, however, upon arrival, we noticed bloodstains and pubic hair on the sheets, so the bedding was not changed prior to our arrival. The manager on site immediately corrected this. Upon our request, we also recived extra bedding and pillows for the sofabed since the mattress was not comfortable. I would recommend getting better mattresses for this, especially for those of us who have children and are staying longer than 2 days. Trust me, had there been 2 beds available, we wouldve reserved that, but there were none sadly. We also notice tiny black ants in the bathroom. They were not a nuisance but nothing was done about it. You may want to check that out (room 229). Again, overall nice property, very attentive and friendly staff who went out of their qay for us, which we truly appreciated.
- 1/5
The first room I was in smelled horrible as if bug spray had just been sprayed 5 minutes before I got there. I could literally taste it. I went to the desk to ask for a new room and when I came back to get my stuff three roaches were crawling around on the countertop near my bag. The second room as soon as I sat on the bed and tried to change the channel the TV stopped working. The air conditioner didn't work properly as well. It kept turning off all night which made the room uncomfortable. I can't believe Marriott would put their name on this property
- 5/5
Overall it was a great stay. Didn't spend much time in the room, but it was nice. The location was out of the way of major traffic and was fairly quiet.
- 2/5
The property had a problem with bees.
- 5/5
I am so glad I found Towne Suites! It is a clean, safe, comfortable property with an amazing staff! Tre checked us in and explained everything we had access to, a grill to cook steaks, laundry on-site, everything we could need. Anna and David are friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Ms. Wanda cooks breakfast every morning and is like your long lost best friend reunited. She is warm and caring. I love staying here. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay.
- 5/5
It is a very nice place where you can find helpful and friendly staff
- 4/5
Loved it!
- 5/5
Very positive area close to everything from restaurants grocery coffee shop pharmacy spa and salon all in here just only walking distance from the hotel.
- 5/5
We got to the property and we’re greeted by very upbeat, friendly staff who made check in very easy! They gave us tips and pamphlets of what was around there and made sure we didn’t have any other questions. We felt safe and sound in the location which was a big concern because we were traveling alone. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was a great price for what we got. The breakfast was pretty good. The best part was the staff who had smiles and great attitude. We were visiting my son who is stationed there and will definitely be returning here.
- 3/5
The room wasn’t ready by 3 it took an extra hour. I was with my pregnant wife and 3 impatient kids. We were eating in the tables down stairs and my kids decided that after long road trip they wanted to play and saw magnetic board so they moved the magnets around. The assistant manager came out and yelled at the kids because apparently the magnets were giving guest directions to attractions in the area. I wanted to respond that my kids wouldn’t have touched the board if my room would have been ready on time but I was blown away because noone has ever yelled at my kids in front of me. Maybe they should put a sign up thats says dont touch the board or honor the check in policy. She probably realized that she was wrong and tried to make it up by bringing the kids cookies after we were in our room. Police were on the property a couple of times, one of the times a lady was taken away in handcuffs. This made me feel a little unsafe at first. Other than this the stay was ok , the room was nice and having a couple restaurants at walking distance was nice.
- 5/5
It was like a home away from home. The staff was wonderful and very attentive to my needs. I would recommend TownePlace Suites to anyone.
- 1/5
Roaches in room. We are smokers and were charged a ridiculous amount for a “cleaning fee” because we brought in our cigarette butts and threw them away in the room instead of throwing them on the ground. Said they had “proof”! Not sure what they clean, again, roaches in room. Had to change rooms from the first one because you had to body slam the door to open it or close it! Stay away!! Unless you like being over charged and accused of actions you did not do!
- 3/5
Check-in was a bit frustrating. They were able to see my reservation and no problems there. When went to swipe my card, machine was not able to read the stripe. First time ever had an issue with it. Advised that it is a chip card, and was told that chip reader doesn't work. Hmm, and neither does the mag reader either. *I* ended up entering my card manually. Room was pleasant. Not bad overall. There was a broken glass in the cabinet, broken piece not present so somebody put back a broken glass. Pretty sure saw a roach scurry under the tray that holds coffee, sugar, and such. Bathroom is on small side, pretty cramped. Shower curtain rod is installed incorrectly. You familiar with those curved rods that give more tub space? This rod was installed entirely within confines of rub surround. Literally, a straight rod would have given more room. Checkout was a bit frustrating as well. I am used to having the check / invoice / receipt slid under the door. Not here. Had to go to the front to checkout. Then had to wait while night auditor tried to close out the charge, but wasn't going to happen. After waiting for a few minutes, finally told him to get it done as I have to get going and to just email me the receipt. Wasn't able to take advantage of breakfast. Hours are 6:30a to 9 perhaps. I was gone by 5:30am. May or may not be back. Parking really is limited, didn't really see any overflow available.

The place smell bad , there was a cockroach in bathroom. The receptionist had a really bad attitude and responded and a very rude manner. Overall really bad experience.

Quiet , and in good area of town. My only concern was there were a couple of bugs in the room when we checked in

I had a great time. Everyone was so nice. My family is original Texans. So just to finally visit the state felt great and the staff was amazing. We’ll be back

This property was very neat and clean. The overnite desk agent, Dante, was amazing and very knowledgeable. And the daytime girls where so helpful and kind. I received a great deal on this hotel and that is why I booked it. I needed something for an extended stay. However, knowing what I know now, I would book it again and pay full price. Well worth the money.

Please call ahead to see if their key machine is working. Stayed on 8/14/21. According to staff, their machine had been broken for a few weeks. Staff had to escort to your room and let you in; however, not once did they ask for ID to confirm i was going where i should have been going. With only one staff member working after check-in, the wait to get to my room was understandably slow, but slow nonetheless. 2 out of the 4 times i needed to get into my room, the staff member forgot about me. The 1st time going into my room, the room was already occupied!
