    Breakfast sucked, I have stayed at a Hawthorn in OKC, and it was the best! so my expectations was the same. I had talked about the Hawthorn hotel so much and said it was good, and recommended it to my family. I was so embarrassed, and disappointed. it was not what it said online at all, dallas location was not it for us.

    If you're looking for a good breakfast, you have a waffle machine, Coffee, bread toaster and jelly. They dont put syrup in the machine, meaning it is very low. No healthy items like fruit, oatmeal, yogurt. Most of the people just go out to eat I love that I had a choice to cook my own meal bc of the kitchen in the rooms. I also didnt like that they never wiped off the item people touched. I saw the same waffle dough on the push knob where the syrup comes out of the whole time I was there.

    This hotel is horrible would not recommend to anyone! Hotel smelled bad hall ways smelled like a mix of weed and wet dog we had no iron no utensils nothing to cook with and I wouldn’t want to cook anyways but it’s what said came with the room and fully stock kitchen for your everyday needs absolutely nothing in the kitchen and to top it off found 2 roaches 1 in the bathroom and 1 in kitchen,,bedding was worst from hair on the sheets to stains on pillows and curtain in room had some kind of blood stain on it! Phone in room didn’t work went down to ask for iron and was told they didn’t have any available at the time asked for some towels and Rahji told us come back In 1hr then told them phone doesn’t work in room and nothing in kitchen and was told we will see what we can get in a hour if you come to get towels please save your $$$$ and spend the extra $$$$ to stay at Home2suites next door just don’t stay here

    Nothing because I was told after booking the room on booking .Com and receiving a confirmation they told us that they over booked which was not correct the person behind the desk said that they had no more rooms and then the man behind the desk started to ask me about if this woman was with me and I told him that she is with me but has her own place somewhere else and why you ask it has nothing to do with renting a room from yall mean while a was booking the room he was. Checking someone else in he was able to get a room but we were there first if you really get right down to it which I thought to myself that should of been are room. Rejected

    The shower is amazing. Lots of water pressure and huge shower head. My room is always clean. The remote control for the tv only allows up not down and the breakfast has no eggs, sausage. Only carbohydrates, which is why I’m staying elsewhere tonight. I’m on keto. I can’t eat waffles and cereal. However, the coffee is great.

This room was accommodating for 4 and not 6 and the property should not book groups larger than 4 for these rooms. The breakfast had rotten milk and expired yogurt. The front desk had no band-aids. Pool closed.

    Breakfast was terrible and I told the staff in the morning that someone threw up in the elevator and it took them hours before cleaning the mess, I checked out 3 hours later and nothing was done not to mention the bathroom which had yellow stains that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days.     We were exhausted, so we decided to just make do - 2 people would sleep on the floor. The front desk gave us "all the extra bedding available," which amounted to 2 sheets, 1 thin blanket, and one pillow. My husband and teenage daughter did the best they could with what we had available. In the end, even those that got to stay in a bed didn't get any sleep. The walls are so thin we could hear the music in the lobby (ALL night) and the conversations of the people in the room next door. The beds only had 2 top sheets, rather than a sheet and a blanket, and the sheets were so rough that they made noise every time someone moved. TLDR: Don't stay here. Even if you get a bed, you won't sleep.

    The roaches. The mean staff and rude staff, it was too much to even count. Will never stay here again. They upgraded me without telling me I’d have to move the next day, then they called the next morning at 8 to tell me to get ready to move at 12. My whole stay here was just very very bad. Very bad.     When I got there , I was told they didn’t have a room for me. I have booked this trip four months in advance. Also, I have called two days prior because it was a delay. Then I called in a process of the day of flying that it was a delay and Will I still be able to check in they told me yes so the room that they put me in look like it was something I guess people just worked there my sleep in. I don’t know then I was removed from that room within a couple hours to another room after the housekeepers came in and cleaned up the room. It just was a lot without no communication from the hotel. If you’re looking for something to probably stay or crash a night or two depending on which you trying to pay, it can be OK. A nice deep clean and a little update. Will probably be nice as well.

    The property was clean and modern. The room was well arranged. In a room with 2 queen beds we only had 2 pillows and 2 towels. We had to go ask for additional ones. There was no hair dryer or coffee pot either. I realize that isn’t a huge issue but the trip had already had complications and we were all tired. It was a nuisances.

    I don’t like to leave reviews but they asked when they probably shouldn’t have…so here goes, 1st - there was no ice available…even the cheapest dives offer an ice machine! And they have refrigerators in the room…how about an ice tray then…? Then the TV didn’t work…it indicated “no service available” and the clerk at the desk said she couldn’t help. The bed was seriously hard and uncomfortable and the fitted sheet corners came off both sides throughout the night. The breakfast should have been an embarrassment to them; the whole area was a mess-it looked like a bunch of 3 year olds got their own breakfast! I’m not sure they can get by any cheaper than the lame items they made available. Plain bread, two sugary cereals, apples the size of walnuts and two very messy waffle irons with some cheap syrup and there was no decaf coffee. All in all a very pathetic establishment! I’m so surprised that Wyndham associates their name with them. Truly a disappointing experience! For the prices they get for the rooms they can undoubtedly do better! Can you tell I’m not happy…

    They charged me MORE THAN what my reservation was. The also charged me $100.00 deposit. I immediately took pictures of everything in the room, before bringing in my belongings. This will insure you get your deposit back. The room didn’t have an oven like it showed in the pictures. There wasn’t any utensils, plates, bowls or anything to cook with.     When i arrived to check in they did not have the room i paud for. The clerk at the front trued to give me a smaller bed. I told him i want what i paid for being that a queen was cheaper. They tried to reimburse me but then put me in another guests room who had not arrived yet. Upon entering my room it smelled very musty and made my clean clothes smell as well. The room was not cleaned thoroughly floor was dirty and so was the shower. Not enough towels in bathroom. And a used toilet tissue was hung. Had to ask for more towels ajd toilet tissue. Front desk people did not have enough towels for my who stay as they were all given out to guests.

    I was placed in a room with a full blown roach infestation, like there is NO way they couldn’t have known they were in there. As soon as I turned the lights off they came out. I went to reach for my drink and seen two scatter turned in my light and three more scattered on the floor. Tried to be lofgjcal and just sprayed with the bleach spray I had but then I saw another crawling in the light next to the bed. I in turn had to move rooms at 2:30 am and when I got to my new room the two bags I had open in the old room EACH had a roach jump out of them😭😭😭 I continued to see pest thru out my entire stay. They need a full blown fumigation in there smh.

    The breakfast only had options of waffles/yogurt/toast/bagels. All the bagels were stale and hard the waffle mix was out as well as the syrup. Not allowed to take breakfast to your room. Have to leave a $100 deposit in order to check in.

    Room was very clean. Bathroom door hangs on the floor, cannot close completely. Front desk was great, except one clerk. We went for fresh towels, were given only one set instead of two. Went back down and they were in the back office talking to someone yelling. Waited a while because you know they have cameras to see people standing there, but they never came out. Used one of our own towels, got fresh towels the next day. New person at the desk apologized for the problems.

    En el momento de la check in me entregaron una hab. que para mi sorpresa cuando abrí la puerta estaba ocupada, baje a recepción a explicar la situación y me entregaron otra hab. la cual ni siquiera estaba aun limpia. Debí esperar de 30 a 40 minutos mientras la limpiaban. Y aun sigo esperando mi reembolso del deposito. Lo único bueno es que estaba cerca de los lugares a los cuales yo ameritaba llegar.

    The floor in the room has a bow in the floor. The bed was terrible no telephone no place to hang your clothes no complementary coffee no real breakfast only continental terrible. They show pictures of the previous motel, which was not the existed. Motel deception. Very deceiving to show pictures on Internet and get there and the place looks like trash. Will never recommend it to anybody and will never come there again. Want my money back all of it it seemed like a drug place the rooms have refrigerators old stove. That’s not they might look no microwave people smoking pot in the motel and no one to call because we did not have a phone in the room to call and no one at the front desk to talk tothe marijuana. Smell was terrible. They need to refund all the money that I spent there. They had no right to ask for a deposit know the place was in the condition that it was in.

    I loved the location, lots of restaurants within a 5 minute radius. I felt safe with my kids. Clean, quiet. Didnt use the pool, but it looked nice. I would stay here again.

    The property it’s okay, the problem is the staff and service. When me and my family got there it took about an hour to give us the key for the room , once we were in the room it’s not clean properly a lot of hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower and on the towels , we ask then if someone can go and clean or give us another room , the answer was No we don’t have someone to clean . So we had to ask for refund for the rest of the days and move to another hotel . La Quinta from Bedford Texas nice staff and excellent service.

    There were stains on the floor, towels, and bed. There were only a couple towels total in the bathroom. The kitchen doesn’t have any dishes or cooking tools- there was a coffee pot but no coffee. Very thin bedding and scratchy sheets. Only two small pillows. The AC did work well. Breakfast didn’t have many options at all. The elevator is a little rickety and scary. Gym only has a treadmill, elliptical, and bike- no dumbbells. There are some weird smells, I’d assume there is some mold. My shower had no hot water and both sinks were very inconsistent with temperature. I’d find somewhere else or bring a lot of your own stuff to use.

    Very affordable. So thats a plus. Its a hotel with kitchens so Im disappointed that kitchen was completely empty. No utensils or cooking ware. No towels in bathrooms. Had to go fetch some from front desk.

    It had 2 beds in the room no pull out couch no cots to use. We were told we are to sleep 3 to a bed. Queen beds. However, I believe they were full. They did not want to give us linens for the blow up mattress we had to purchase. The beds only had sheets. They did not want to provide towels all of us. Stayed they had limited towels and we had to bring back our dirty towels to tje front desk inorder to get more towels. We were in a motor accident and the room key was in the car that was towed. Unable to get in the feont door nor did anyone answer the phone. Finally got in as a side door was propped open with a rock. Still could not get help from anyone until another guest yelled for hwlp repeatly. The shower was dirty. Tou are expected to take your trash to a dumpster located in the baxk parking lot.

    I have stayed at this location on a couple of occasions and decided to stay there again as we have always enjoyed staying there. This time we were given a hard time at check-in then we were given a room where the door wouldn't even open you had to throw your whole body into the door it took us 10 minutes to get in at first thinking the key wasn't working and then realizing it was the actual door. The room had a stench severely where we had to go to the store to buy room fresheners to make the room smell better so that my granddaughter wouldn't throw up. The first morning there wasn't much breakfast left and I was up there an hour before breakfast was to end nobody was refilling things or having things freshly out for people just waking up and coming down. This will be the last time that I stay at this hotel which is very sad because my grandchildren have always loved staying here.

    A lot of amenities are missing. They have a full kitchen but the pots, pans are available upon request.the outlets do not work. They don’t have blow dryer, no ice machine. There’s only 1 lamp, no ironing board, or iron. When we pull the sofa bed, there was nuts on the bed. The room is not sound proof so the occupants on top of our room is making steps noises. They’re breakfast do not have any bacon, egg or sausage. Just cereals, waffle and bread. The deposits is more than the cost of our room. This hotel was very disappointing and I will never come back again.

    I had a very accessible, roomy room with a good view of my vehicle. I had a nice view. However, I had to give my room a deep cleaning. Floor still had trash on it, stickiness. Also hallways smell and carpets in hallways needs a deep cleaning or replace carpet althougher. Also, I was disappointed no ice machines on the entire property and laundry facility only takes quarters, 😐 However staff I spoke with the two ladies at the front desk were very sweet and helpful. Also the guests with pets should be assigned a specific part of the hotel as several guests had dogs barking throughout the day disturbing guests without pets.

    The hotel itself was good. Real comfy beds. They just got done or are in the process of a remodel. I got an unfinished room. No light fixtures. The worst part of my stay was the customer service. Wheni checked in I needed to pay a deposit , which is fine, but when asked if i wanted to pay cash or card i said cash, went to the atm in the lobby and when i got back the person ran my card anyway. What was the purpose of asking me if you were just going to use my cars. So now i have to wait 2-7 business days for my deposit back. Then they didnt have any towels when i needed fresh ones. And i had to take out my own trash. And this place is pet friendly which is great, but my room smelled like an old dirty dog. With dog hair all over the floor. Foor the staff, for you to be in the hospitality field, yall dont show it. They only care about getting money. The only staff there that was absolutely outgoing were the house keepers.

    I asked for a 2 queen suite and they wanted to give me a 1 bed room we are a family of 5 that’s a no and they issued me a room already being used very poor service and it was very dirty and it smelled I stayed because everywhere else was sold out and very expensive due to the concert that was going on

    Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the hotel was not maintained to basic cleanliness standards. The hallways were visibly dirty, with accumulated hair and debris that appeared to have not been vacuumed in quite some time. The elevator floor was also filthy, which further added to our concern. As we approached our room, we noticed peeling paint on multiple doors. Once inside, the room itself was in an appalling state. There was visible hair and dirt throughout the space, including inside the drawers and along the bathroom floor, where we also found sunflower seed shells—clear indicators that the room had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. We arrived very late, & when we attempted to speak with someone at the front desk, no staff could be located. That night, we were horrified to wake up & find bugs crawling across the bed & on our bodies. The following morning, cockroaches were present across the floor of our room. Eventually, we were able to speak with a staff member who moved us to another room. Unfortunately, the second room also raised significant concerns. It emitted a strong, unpleasant odor—possibly mold—& the flooring was unstable and creaked loudly, with visible separation from the subfloor beneath.     We reserved 2 rooms with a king sized bed, was told they would also have a pull out sofa bed. When I reserved the rooms, I had listed 1 adult w/2 children in 1 room and 1 adult w/3 children in the second. After driving 5 hours (Oklahoma to Texas) we arrived at the hotel…as we checked in, we were given one room with a king sized bed and pull out sofa. Room had a work light for a lamp, 1pillow and no bedding for the pull out bed. When we went down to the desk, was given 2 sheets for the pullout bed, and told they had no more pillows and no blanket. There were 3 people staying in that room. The other room we were given had 1queen size bed as they said they didn’t have any rooms with king bed in it. There was no pull out sofa in the room and only 1 set of towels. There were 4 people in my room, I slept in the floor in a sleeping bag. When we went down for breakfast, I made waffles for the girls in my room, however, the waffles didn’t taste right (had an “off “ taste). We had a parent who had also reserved a room…when she went to the room assigned to her, it was filthy (dog hair all over the furniture), prompting her to find another room at a different hotel. If I hadn’t had to turn in all our information on accommodations to our Girl Scout Council, we would have done the same…The only redeeming amenity was the swimming pool!! This trip was planned by our Daisy/Brownie Girl Scout troop, using the money they earned selling cookies.

    Had to ask for more towels, only 2 towels in room for 6 people. Had 2 beds one bed had a comforter the other did not. When we went to ask for one at 9/10 at night and was told that the morning people had not washed them and they had just started to wash them then. Went to try to eat breakfast all they had to offer was bread, bagels, cereal or waffles. Not a very good choice for a Breakfest. First hotel we have stayed in that charged a deposit on a credit card upon check in along with the motel charge and now we have to wait at least 4-5 days for that charge to be refunded.

    There seemed to be little to no staff at the property. The bathroom wasn’t particularly clean. We asked the front desk for a roll out bed since the room said it slept 6, but there were 2 queen beds and no couch with a pull out. The front desk said the one rollout bed they had was being used. We ended up just purchasing an inflatable bed at Walmart. Breakfast was bleak. Waffles and coffee. Basically was it. Needless to say with 4 kids we got groceries for breakfast in the room. Not bad, but not great.
