Breakfast in the morning was the best of my stay

The air conditioner was very loud when it started and I didn't feel safe completely in the bathtub it was slippery need tub mat but everything else was nice staff was nice property was clean breakfast was great but my door stuck a little when I opened it had to shove it open a little and the light over the small table in the kitchen didn't work but I would stay again and recommend the hotel to others.

Room was spacious and clean but air conditioner was too noisy.

The receptionist did a big mistake giving our room to my son and his family because we’re sharing same family name. My son was booked a suite with 2 rooms and we booked a one room suite. He arrived before us and checked in our room. So to fix the problem take lots of time. Although we booked this hotel because they have a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. When we arrived we discovered swimming pool was closed because the distribution company didn’t come to put the chemicals to open the swimming pools.

Property is beyond aged, like it's needs to be totally refreshed. Bedding is actually ripped and stained. Asked front office staff on how to take the train to get downtown, they had no idea. Odd! I'm honestly trying to be kind.

Hotel and staff were lovely. Pool was closed for maintenance which was very disappointing as this was a big part of why we stayed. It was a nice stay nonetheless

Great stay!! Everyone was super nice, and the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was great!

The shower was stopped up. We had to get someone to come in and fix it. The bathroom door wouldn't shut, someone was supposed to come and fix it, one attempt was made, but did not return to fix. The bed was hard as a brick! My back is killing me. Get some new beds. And update your hotel. The carpet in the room was awful. The kitchen cabinets need to be painted as well. You'll be surprised when a little paint will do. But this bed, my back is done and I was here for 3 days

We got to the hotel and there was no one at the desk. We waited 20 minutes along side 4 other families waiting to check in. The phones were ringing off the hook getting no answer. When the woman finally did return she was short and rude and never even try to apologize to anyone for their wait. We get to the room and there were only 2 little towels. When I asked for more we got attitude and eye rolling. And the whole place smelled like weed. Will not be returning.

I stayed in the one bedroom. It had everything I needed!

whom it may concern,  Thank you for asking. My stay was not the very best, it was a nice hotel but it was not the nicest experience AT a hotel. Firstly I had to keep putting my garbage on the table because there was no bin in my room.  Secondly I kept asking for the maid to clean my room because nobody ever did and I stayed 4 days . Thirdly I needed amenities, the maid came pick up some towels and left never refreshed me I went to the front desk to complain the lady at the desk said that she would send someone to my room and she never did. Also from the first day I could smell the person that was using the sheets before me I am sure the sheets were not changed but I beared with it unfortunately. Therefore overall I would give the rating a two out of five or a two out of 10.  I was charged a fee of $80 and it was never returned to date. My desire was to bring my family back however I am no longer sure. But the breakfast experience was nice experience.  So excuse me for saying everything here I will find the time soon to rate your hotelo

Breakfast was ok but not great.
