Called down to the front desk and no answer. Went down and requested a pack and play for my child and they said they would have maintenence bring one up. After an hour of them not coming I tried calling the front desk and no answer. He fell asleep and we had to have him sleep on the bed. They have removed the vanity in the bathrooms so you can't even set a tooth brush down in there without it falling into the sink. The floors were very dirty and just did not smell clean in the room.

Great breakfast

It was fine . They have been remodeling for years but the rooms look the same

Our stay was pleasant. Our room was cleaned. The bed was comfortable. They always make sure we had clean towels. I will tell you the hair dryer was very sticky and head all kinds of black hair on it. I did wipe it down with a baby, wipe I had with us. To the amenities we aren’t we weren’t happy with were the food was not even subpar and the swimming pool we were able to use it one day but the last day we were there it was closed and there was no reason given so that was a disappointment. Other than that it was a good stay.

Congested breakfast, missing items, fire alarm went off after smoke in the kitchen, no employees around. Shower didn’t have enough soap.

This property is in need of a makeover. The beds need new mattress. Our 1st room was handicapped and only had a pedestal sink. There was no vanity, therefore, no place to put your toothbrush , shaving cream, etc. the beds were terrible. After a really bad night of little sleep we ask for another room. The staff found another room and the beds were somewhat better. The atrium is beautiful and buffet breakfast is good.

The room had large stains on the floor the size of dinner plates. Two of three elevators weren’t working and didn’t even have a sign to let people know they were out of order. The breakfast is far too small for the large numbers of diners so there were no tables and half the food was out with 45 minutes left for breakfast, and they wouldn’t refill anything. No fruit, no waffles, the drink machines, etc all empty and the line for omelets was over 30 minutes long.

Nice clean room. I really enjoyed the bar staff. So friendly and fun

This location is a bit weathered but still ok.

The check in was smooth but my room wasn't cleaned properly. The room was dated and I feel they gave me a older room because I had my grandkids. I wasn't treated like that before. Their were teenagers running through the landings and they didn't cut the heater on in the pool. The ceiling in the breakfast area was leaking on us. The couple next to us was arguing and fighting. Not my best stay. I was disappointed. The breakfast staff lost their patience so one of my grandkids didn't eat.

I went thru booking.com and reserved a room with 2 double beds. They had none at check in. Will book direct next time rather than use booking.com. Hotel staff was very good!
-
we had to change rooms because the ac was not working it took over three hours before someone came and checked it out then another hour to get a different room neither room was as clean as i would expect
-
Check in and out was seamless. Breakfast was really good. Pool was nice but water could be warmer considering that weather was wet and cool. Will definitely book in future.

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere with a friendlier staff - they were kind and went out of their way to be helpful without being asked. I really hope ownership is aware what a great group of people they have.

The breakfast could be better. No seasoning on the food at all. Breakfast food was cold. Staff was polite and helpful. This was my 2nd time staying here and I would book here again.

Restaurant in the hotel with bar was nice

A nice quiet hotel except when the Cavaliers were playing the Detroit Pistons. Lots of screaming in the lobby. Like the Premium King Suite with the couch and the bedroom in another room. Breakfast great.
