Next day on Saturday I called make staff walked me through some troubleshooting it worked for about 20 minutes

I thought this was free breakfast. While the room was nice, the shower head is outdated and no water pressure at all. What usually takes 15 minutes to shower including giving time for conditioner to do its job, took me 40 minutes because of poor/ lack or water pressure. Not Good when and if you are on time crunch or even at regular pace. The room can also use some pamphlets on what guest can do in cleveland downtown or around the area of hotel, including resteraunt. It's on 3rd party website and on hotel website but, it should also be in the room. Other than that, the rest is fine.

Shower was a little small for me. My key only worked on the room not the doors or the gym.

Anything we needed as far as direction places to go dine or shopping the staff was very knowledgeable. They catered to our room needs very well.

When I checked in, it was right at 3 o’clock. The hotel was kind of empty. There were two baggage cards no problem but when I checked out between me and my fiancé, I had to make 4 trips because they’re wereNO BAGGAGE CARTS😡

I am awaiting a refund from this day as the powers was out and I could not stay there. They said refunds must be issued through expedia

No control of mother nature. SRAFF was amazing

The rooms were clean and parking was very convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I didn’t utilize the bar area.
