Very nice facility for the price

The breakfast is relatively poor, there was no bread only bagels There was a variety of cronflakes, and cheeses.

I think the only thing that was lacking was dietary options in the breakfast. Gluten allergies are very hard on the body. Having some gluten-free options that are clearly marked and individually wrapped, give accessibility options. They could be made available upon request if some items require refrigeration or freezing.

Front desk worker really made it seem like we were inconveniencing him when we checked in and had questions about the AC unit not working. I was able to get it working by unplugging and plugging back in before the maintenance person could arrive.

Lovely, clean room. Minimal dining nearby. Staff was friendly. We left before breakfast for an early flight.

It's posted that rooms would be cleaned every other day, that did not happened. Lastly, the breakfast fell short. Nothing hot was offered. No pancakes, oatmeal (not pre-packaged), no breakfast meats nor scrambled eggs. The Clarion breakfast was far superior. My last thought. Hilton is a brand that denotes quality and excellence. Not the case for Sparks in Beachwood. Accommodations are clean and comfortable, but don't expectt more.

Highly recommend this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was always stocked and fresh. The hotel and room was super clean and you always saw a member of the staff cleaning something. We would definitely stay again.

Second time we have stayed will stay again. Everything was real good right off the interstate, which is nice great place to stay.

I enjoyed the offer of breakfast each morning. It was a nice affordable option.

Overall looks okay at first then you see a bunch of grime and hairs and finally overall impression is dumpy. Elevator very loud and super slow. The pictures on webpages are not accurately representing how dumpy it actually looks and feels would try my hardest to never stay there again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was quite clean, breakfast is basic. The parking has enough spots however the main drawback was that there wasn’t EV chargers.
