The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The staff were friendly. Great outdoor area for sitting back and relaxing. Our AC was not working at all the first night, moved us to a new room which was great. During the night the AC was blowing cold but kept banging loudly.

First time to stay at a Staybridge Suites, and we were impressed. Very nice room. Free breakfast and laundry. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was clean and spacious enough for my family of four. Kitchen was well-stocked. They graciously gave us a late check out. Possibly the best part for us, though, was that my son accidentally left a sentimental piece of jewelry behind, and when I called the next day to ask about it they had it! We would definitely stay here again. I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

We liked having the extra room the suite provided and having the kitchenette came in handy when Houston shut down due to a rare winter storm for a day and a half. We liked the fire pit area and grilling area. The pool looked nice too. The free breakfast was enjoyable and 3 nights a week there was a social hour with a light meal. We really enjoyed our stay.

It is currently 8:15 PM and I am infuriated by response and treatment by front desk receptionist I will be fighting a complaint with Expedia and hotel management as soon as I can get a hold of somebody.

Really nice and clean hotel. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Very spacious. I love that there was a kitchen with dishes and a full size fridge. Staff was very friendly. Easy check in. Lots of options for free breakfast. Staybridge suites is my new favorite. Family of 7 and we fit comfortably.

Everything was great! Comfortable beds and wonderful staff. Breakfast definitely could have been better. Not much to choose from and sausage links were very dry and unenjoyable. Loved our stay but they really could improve with their breakfast.

This hotel treat my family and I the best way possible. They were very considering of our situation with the storm and even offered waving the pet fee for us. We loved it so much we extended our stay 2 more nights. Monday and tuesday they feed us dinner. This hotel is family friendly and I will recommend it to my family and friends.

Great place inside and out very clean and the bed was just right slept like a baby. Breakfast was good too. There are many restaurants and shopping places near the motel and all employees are nice and friendly.

This place was the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff was incredible, especially Christian the night attendant. We stayed in a suite,it had everything we needed and more.

The place was nice for a quick place to stay and affordable. The rooms though have squeaky beds, has more of a motel feel then a clean comfy hotel. you can hear lots of noise of people coming in and out, lots of workers in this area stay in these extended stay places.

Great hotel, with great value for the services they offer. I will be staying here on my next trip to that area, and I will suggest this place to my co-workers.

Got to my room and the A/C wasn't working. Called the desk and after 2 hours, multiple people, and having the unit replaced, I was able to actually use my room. It took another 2 hours to cool down to make it bearable. The room never fully cooled down. It was very hot outside and sitting in a warm room and not being able to relax for 2 hours was not good. Upon checking out the next day, the front desk said they couldn't do anything about it as I had booked through a third party (hotels.com). So, I paid for a room that was a little miserable. They couldn't move me as sold out. Nothing like paying full price for a room and getting a hot room in the Texas heat.

When we first got there around 8pm, the night staff just stared at us when we wanted to check in. Other than that, everything was clean, nice, and well put together.

The accomodations were very nice, clean and comfortable. The only complaint would be that the BR television was offline. After reporting it the first day of my stay, the issue was never again addressed or corrected.

My stay was great! The breakfast was amazing and the rooms felt just like home. Me and my family enjoyed this hotel to the max! We will definitely be back.

Shower was tub/shower combo. Prefer walk-in. Was given handicap room.

All in all, was decent. Lights didn't work in restroom. Walls are pretty thin. You can hear upstairs pretty good. Staff could not even give a smile. Check in or check out staff was bothered just by being there! For one night it was fine.

We were traveling with our boat and it had all our stuff in it. I was concerned about it getting stolen based on reviews of other hotels I read. When we pulled into the parking lot, there was a security guard patrolling and it instantly made me feel more comfortable. We stayed at the hotel less than 10 hours, but had a nice experience. Staff was friendly, the room was clean and they had a nice breakfast.

The young receptionist was very kind. She smiled and was always pleasant in assisting us with our needs. I give this property 5 stars!!

Solid place in a quiet section of town. Brought a pet and location was perfect for walking it. Rooms were very clean breakfast was average . They provided a happy hour with wine/beer as well which was nice.

The property is a convenient location and is well kept; the stay was a reasonable price. Check in unfortunately was not the best. We waited for over 15 minutes and there was no staff at the front desk. We had to scream multiple times to finally have someone with an attitude come out. Overall would recommend, if they improve their check in.
