This is my favorite hotel in baytown. Im in and out for the towboats and always pick here when i need a place for the night

My family and I enjoyed our stay. However our room and some deficiencies. The air conditioner was rusting, the shower had molding spots, the walls had cracks, and the carpet was stained. I didn’t voice my concerns at the hotel because those concerns can be resolved easily.

I was very frustrated because the pictures are misleading when you book. I specifically booked a room with a wall separating the bedroom area from the sofa/desk area, but when we arrived we had a standard hotel room with a curtain

Loved the location. It was easy to get to. Check in was so easy. Hotel looked and smelled clean. Friendly staff. Loved the breakfast buffet. Norma was working that morning and helped me and my mom prepare our waffles. She was nice and friendly. Buffet had cereal, milk, juice, eggs, tater tots, chicken, sausage patties, bacon, bread, waffle mix to make your waffles fresh, peanut butter, jelly, to make a PB&J sandwich, coffee, fruits, toppings for waffles too. The room we stayed in was amazing, super clean. Loved taking showers here, the showers water pressure was excellent. I truly recommend. I have no complaints.

I liked that Elisa, who was on the site when we arrived , checked us in. She couldn't find our reservation that was done through a third party because they sent my name in backwards. She got us a room and also saved us more money by just reserving it through the Hilton website. Really appreciate that she went beyond the call of duty. Not sure

Paid in advance for my room to be canceled by the property within 10 minutes from them capturing my money. 7-10 days to recoup the refund. And I just noticed I was charged twice for this canceled room.

Very pet friendly and accommodating

Odd blend of clean room with great a/c and maintenance upkeep needed. Signs of prior water damage. Wallpaper separation from the walls, odd red spots stain on ceiling. A lot of furniture but since it was supposed to be handicap accessible some of it was in the way. Advertising a pool but not currently available to public til later in the year according to management. Wish they mentioned that on their website. Booked a king with a roll in shower and did not have when I arrived. They say it is because I booked through Expedia instead of their website. Staff was nice but not much they could do. Over all a “alright” place if you don’t have too high of expectations. Bed was clean and a/c worked super well.

I have 4 different incidental charges no one could explain. The young lady that worked nights was awesome however the day shift is not so friendly and they act like you are a bother.

The air-conditioning unit sounded like a harley davidson when running. Now cold air on top of it. They also said no acceptable room was avaliable like the one we booked. We had to get a refund and book at holiday inn across road. Very disappointed after driving 6 hours and ready for rest.

Everything is always upheld to the highest standard. Me and my fiancé love staying here knowing we can worry less about the small things and enjoy our stay

Clean room, good amenities but the breakfast was not to great. It was very basic, cereal, oats, waffles. There was eggs but very cold, bread was hard and the cheese was hard too.

The rooms are clean spacious and pet friendly. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

Excellent hotel. Only light in bathroom was the fan, loud. Great shower. Quiet area. Breakfast items were running out and staff was not replacing. Cleaning staff very friendly and efficient.

1. Reception clerk called out my Room # while a male guest stood a mere inch from my roommate. That was security breach 2. WiFi was out of service when we came into room. And, 3. Your Continental breakfast was no breakfast! Hardly any food, and Zero fruits.

Everything went ok. AC quit during night but it was our last night so just got hot in room while preparing to leave. Room smelled like smoke although it states it’s a non smoking floor. They tried to cover up smell with cleaners but then just smelt like smoky cleaning chemicals. Asked for room cleaning when we left for a day and wasn’t done. But it was safe and secure. Breakfast wasn’t very good either. Wouldn’t recommend.

The hotel was good but the room did not have a dish washer like stated in the website. The shampoo bottle did not work. And the tv had limited channels not cable tv.

When I got there around 10:pm no one was at the front desk, had to wait 5-10 minutes for some one to help me out, they came out of the back.

the stay was okay. the air conditioning stopped working mid stay & had to wait until the next day to get a/c! also, only had one washer & one dryer. the night front desk lady was always on the phone, barely greeted us. other than that the room was nice & the area as well. close to many food places & stores.

I paid $250 for a room of 5 which only accommodated 4. The hotel has a smell and the fitness center needs serious renovation. I won’t stay here again.

This place was exceptional. From the comfort and cleanliness of the room, to the friendly hospitality and atmosphere I was impressed. The free continental breakfast had a variety of delicious options for adults and children.

Room was very spacious perfect for our family. The room was set at the perfect temperature when we arrived and they even had a welcome sign on the tv for me. Thought it was very special.

It was not what was advertised, no pool. However free breakfast and free laundry over compensated.

We a great time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good but the didn't refill when asked. They say we're out with 30 minutes left in the breakfast operations hours. The pool and gym were awesome.

The stay and room was excellent but the front desk greet wasnt so pleasant. My family and I arrived approximately an hour and a half before check-in but we figured we'd try our luck as we've done in the past of asking for a early check in due to our drive time being long from our city of residence. Well the young lady without hesitation nor checking the system for availability said no,not til about 2:30 but check-in is actually is 3pm should there be one.So understanding the regulations and guidelines we had no choice but to wait. she did however asked for my contact phone info in which i saw her write it down and said should there be an early opening she would call.My family and i go to the subway across the street to kill time and eat in whoch we could see the arrival of other customers with luggage in tow entering and receiving a room before us which keep in mind the young lady wrote my contact info but never did i receive a call.We then enter the lobby at 3pm and i asked why was i not called and her response was she did not have my info to do and that all other vistors were checked in at the same time.Well one of the early arrivals happened to be a family member mine therefore i knew it was a lie. Not sure why the treatment was given to me in that form but a little more leniency can give you alot more gratitude. Please give the young lady who's name is Emily some more training in treating your valued guest equally.

Very clean hotel...the breakfast goes pretty fast in the morning, so if you want to eat, come down early. Everyone was quiet, no real complaints.

Parking lot not secure our someone attempted to steal our vehicle and engaged anti theft system. Had to have vehicle towed to a dealership and get a rental to get home. Front desk clerk was nice, but haven’t heard anything from anyone although report was filled out and police was called. Needs security.

The hotel was clean however when we checked out on my way home I got a call from the hotel and they abused me of stilling a blanket from the room which there was no blanket and I have stayed at home 2 suit many time i would not stay there again

Extra large hotel rooms!!!

Booked 2 rooms for my employees. They are happy with their stay. Good sized and clean rooms. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. We will stay here again when we have work in the area.
