Incredible location, very nice and clean rooms, friendly and efficient staff, and great spread for breakfast. Ideal for families with toddlers and young kids. Rooms and facilities are great, staff helped us with an early check-in and to keep our bags so we could use an early start to the day. The restaurant, Babou, has good options if you’re too tired to step out for a late dinner. They also packed us breakfast and snack boxes for our early morning trip to Montserrat. Overall, worth the extra price you pay for this hotel, will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Barcelona.

Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities are excellent and very well maintained. The location is fantastic—close to the city center, near the metro station, and surrounded by many restaurants, shops, and everything you might need during your stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and quiet, which made it very relaxing. The staff provided outstanding service from the moment we arrived and were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. It was my birthday during our stay, and the team went above and beyond to make the occasion special and memorable. Their thoughtful efforts were truly appreciated and made a big difference to our experience. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant and memorable stay. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is in an excellent location - you can walk to a lot of famous sights if you wish, the streets nearby are safe and nice. Taxis are very reasonably priced and always available. The hotel staff is great - very friendly and helpful. The breakfast served is also wonderful and if the guests are tired after a long day or have just arrived, they can have lunch or dinner at the hotel restaurant. There is free water in the room, which we really appreciated, and the hotel also offers free snacks (apples, sweets) and water in the lobby - a wonderful idea. We got the room we expected - a twin room with a balcony overlooking a courtyard. The bathroom had everything the website promised (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, etc) plus also packages with toothbrushes and combs for those who might have forgotten to pack them, also slippers and bathrobes. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. The only issue we had was with the air conditioning system. This really did not work as expected an if it had been really hot, our experience might have been very different. We left the balcony door open whenever we were in the room and this helped. We contacted the front desk and they promised to do something with the central system but this did not help. NB It might have been an issue with just one room - we did not notice anything wrong with air conditioning in common areas or the restaurant.

Greatest location, minutes walk from attractions. The hotel and room very nice and clean. The service is goid and staff are very kind. They even surprised us with a champane and cake in the room for bday. I will sure pick it again next time. There was a problem with the shower, the hot cold water changes alot. Said it is going to be fixed.
