The location is good and the room is clean, really good stay

The hotel is very central, close to different subway stations and many restaurants. It is a 12 minute walk from the main train station. We felt safe walking during the evening. Overall we found the hotel to be very clean. The facilities were a bit dated, specially the bathroom. It is difficult to take a shower without making a mess. One day staff didn't clean our room because we left at noon, which was a bit disappointing. I found the hotel to be overpriced to what it offers, compared to other 4* hotels in Barcelona. The walls are so very thin that we were able to hear our neighbors laughing and snoring.

I really enjoyed my time at this property. The overall experience was excellent; the rooms were clean and comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the staff was welcoming. Easy to get there. Easy access walking inside. Big bed. Big bathroom. Many electrical sockets. Bathroom doesnt have air extractor. Room is temperature controlled i cannot decide my own temperature for the room.

The mattress on the bed was comfortable. And a part of the personel. The first registration guy who gave me the wrong room and told me that the reservation didn't have the breakfast included. The mold in the bathroom of the first room. The view from the king's room was an interior courtyard, only wals at a 3-5m distance from the windows. No straight light came in the room. The fact that for a 4-star hotel, you have to order separately slippers and a robe. The breakfast offer was very modest. There is a scale at the hotel, and to use it, you have to pay 1 euro every time you weighted something, and it isn't calibrated correctly.

Although the hotel is not brand new , but the location, cleanliness , and helpful staff make us for it .

The wall rooms need to be painted, the bathtub does not have a door so it is a problem with the water, the pool is too small and the sofas were all dirty.

Artsy hotel located in the Eixample area of Barcelona, about 2 blocks away from Metro Stations. Very friendly staff and nice amenities. The hotel was modern and we thought more geared to youth. Nice and good breakfast! The elevators seemed a little cramped and airless.

Located a few blocks away from subway station and the main train station Barcelona Sants The room was warm and smelled weird. Bed was not the most comfortable. The pool is very small.

We stayed there in late June. The weather was so hot. The air-con in the room was not working well. The temperature is central-controlled by the Hotel! In the bathroom I saw an insect on the toilet seat. The towels are all old and not fluffy anymore.

It was clean, relatively spacious room & helpful staff. Nice amenities offered in the bathroom. The free coffee in the lobby along with lemon- infused water & gummies. We had issues with outside noise & a next door neighbour playing loud music. Didn’t appreciate the mold around grout in bathtub. They offer a nice-to-have service of bag weighing, however, with a fee!?!?

Nice hotel with very comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful with directions to local eateries and metro stations.
