Great breakfast. Clean rooms. Very pleasant and helpful staff. They turn off the A/C for winter (it was warm when we were there in April ) consequently the "A/C" only blew hot air into the room. Fortunately the room had a window to open which kept the room cool, but some street noise was louder because of the open window

Lots of things missing for the money value like complimentary water and bathroom amenities.

I arrived during the winter season, and the room really made me feel like I'm home in the Philippines given the warm temperature of the heater. Location is not really bad at all, as I can walk calmly to the metro station and the bus. Breakfast is not top-notch but it is decent and okay. Maybe I just didn't like the high price at the location when I tried to extend 1 more night. It was cheaper to book here online.

Good location with many food options around. Close to train station Sants. Rooms are big and kept very clean. Warm. Comfy bed. I found both receptionists very transactional without personal interest.

we really like reception's staff doing job with kind , just location far little bit of center but it is ok with public transport , in generally i recommend anyone to stay here

Comfortable enough for a quick overnight stay. Location did not appear to be in an area of town that would be conveniently located for tourists.

Tha building and breackfasst I am diabetic and forgot my insulin in the room I called the next day but the reception person did not want to look or send someone to the room to check the fridge for my insulin Then other guy talk to me And he promise me tha he will sen a mail in the afternoon with any news. The mail never arrive!! Too bad

We enjoyed a short stay, and everything was great. The breakfast selection was fantastic, the friendliness of the staff was wonderful and the location suited our needs. Very comfortable stay and I highly recommend

The hotel is not very expensive. The facilities are a bit modest but is compensated by the cost. The room size is actually much bigger for the tariff. Nothing as such.
