Barcelona Century Hotel

Clean modern One desk person left a very bad impression on this hotel. We arrived at the desk and I said ‘hello’ and there was no acknowledgement whatsoever for 30 seconds. His head was down looking in his binder. Finally, he starts to check us in, I mention that I also have a luggage ticket from when we dropped off our bags before the room was ready. He turns into bitch diva and says ‘ what do you want me to do? Check you in or get your bags?’ I said I am not rushing you, I’m just letting you know that I have this ticket. I don’t wanna forget and I’m just saying. He keeps saying ‘what do you want me to do check you in or get your bags’ I said I’m not rushing you.’ I just stopped talking to get him to stop talking.

Location is a bit far for walking to metro or aerobus, but just a little:-)

Staff was good and location

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The staff at the reception was very helpful. The location is also very convenient with a bus stop right outside the hotel

I have stayed at this hotel many times for business. However, during this stay, the room key card kept malfunctioning. Exhausted, I had to keep going down to the lobby repeatedly just to open my room door, which was very tiring. All the staff were very helpful. The room was too small.

Breakfast. Facility. Staff. Hotel front desk is quite busy. Need an introduction or Map indicates close by restaurant, supermarket, shopping center, attractions.

The pillow is rock hard and flat. You are only given a duvet, no flat sheets since they are used as duvet cover. My fridge had no outlet to plug it into.

Clean, well maintained accommodations located about 17 minutes on foot from Barcelona-Sants train station. The bathroom was very nice, specifically the high-quality water pressure in the shower. A heads up for light sleepers: the soundproofing is minimal. I could frequently hear conversations and doors slamming in the hallway, along with neighbors talking outside through the windows.

Staff as really friendly at arrival. The room was of good size, simple but well equipped. It was clean and comfortable. It is well located in Barcelona close to train station and airport by metro. Nothing - all was great.

decent location and price A pair of shoes went missing and when we reported it, they mysteriously turned up later that day.

Clean, fairly good value hotel within walking distance to metro lines and transit. Felt safe to walk around in the evening. Good breakfast!
