Patio door did not close properly or lock. Staff did get it to close but did not give us the option to open and close afterwards.

Location and washing machine which we made use of. Nothing - everything seemed as pictured on line. The price per night seemed a bit high but maybe Barcelona is just expensive. It would have been nice to have breakfast included.

Very spacious apartment in the city center of Barcelona. We stayed as family with 2 children and everything was perfect. Room is cleaned every day, beds are very comfy despite fact that one bed is folds out...also very big and clean bathroom. Staff are polite and ready to help, very kind people. Location is situated 5-10 min walking distance to two metro lines L5 and L1, therefore you can reach every part of the city very quick. Neighborhood is also perfect with a lot of restaurants, bakeries, cafes, markets... which are opens all 7 days in week. Full recommends for Up Suites BCN! N/A

The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for a three week stay, and was spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent, with a great supermarket only one block away and many pharmacies and restaurants and shops nearby. Best of all, the staff was incredibly gracious, friendly and helpful. We will definitely say here again on our next visit to Barcelona! It would have been nice to have a real oven, instead of the dual microwave/oven unit, but perhaps we were not using the oven function correctly on the microwave.

The apartment is clean ..

Exceptional location. The apartment was clean and quiet, but sounds from apartment above were sometimes disturbing.

Very comfortable, spacious apartment, with a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and daily maid service if you want it. Located in a quiet part of L’Eixample, with many restaurants and markets nearby. Honestly, it was great. The only improvement I could think of is that the sofa bed/couch was a bit old and could be replaced, but on the whole the quality of the apartment and furnishings was excellent. Also, helpful staff and convenient luggage storage on-site if you have a late departure.

Only 2 really minor things, scratched frying pans and only two teaspoons - (both easily replacable).

Clean, comfortable room; great for our family of four. Washer/dryer combo was a godsend and loved having a small kitchen. Blackout shades in living room made for easy sleeping.

The room is spacious and clean, location is neear restaurants and markets Maybe a bit of a walk to metro and the central and tourist locations

Pleasant welcoming staff. Very clean property. Apartment was very well stocked, including a cart to buy groceries. Rooftop patio. Nice neighborhood to explore with great restaurants around.

Really spacious and really clean. Close-ish to many attractions. Staff was very accommodating and left us after hour instructions on how to access the property.

Close to many things. Can walk - if you’re so inclined to Sagrada Familia and to Parc Guell. Also walkable to the market on Las Ramblas. Very clean and comfortable and very nice reception staff who is very helpful.

location is very good. can walk, taxi or Uber anywhere you want to go. Coffee shops, bakeries, markets and restaurants all near. condo had everything you could need. very comfy and away from noise. Alex was super, needed a different electric converter and he provided, nice young man. AC was good. towels a bit thin
