The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean enough. Front desk staff was friendly. The room could use some renovations. First time in a hotel where you have to ask front desk for amenities.

The bathroom had a bad smell always and really slow elevators.

The room is noisy for the poor sound insulation. There is no water in the room. They charge very expensive for the water that should be provided for free.

We had an excellent stay at Petit Palace Trancardis, the stay exceeded our expectations, from the politeness of the staff, especially Ricky as well as the great breakfast the hotel is located close to the city center, within walkable distance.

We loved all the staff - Felix, Andrei, and Ricky are exceptional and so knowledgeable. Air conditioning could have been a little stronger but did not ruin the trip by any means

Hotel was in a nice location. If we were younger, not too far of a walk to Placa Catalona where major transportation hub is. For seniors, it was a bit far, although using taxis was very helpful to get to anywhere we wanted to go. A nice touch is they had water and treats in the lobby for guests. The breakfast area was very nice and well attended although we often ate out. We would stay there again.

The staff was amazing, from the reception (Felix) to the housekeeping and restaurant. It was super clean. The location is great. We didn't have to use public transport at all. It was a bit cold during our stay, including the lobby and the room. We didn't receive coffee capsules in the room daily so we had to go out for coffee or ask someone at the reception to provide us.
