We stayed in a Superior Room with Balcony for 1 night before flying out of Barcelona. It was nice enough, but not really worth the money you pay, the room was quite small (normal for Barcelona) but also I think the bathroom needs renovating as there was mould and it has a smoked glass door, but it is has a clear strip from top to bottom near the handle which faces directly onto the toilet when the door is shut, so its not very private. The balcony for this room is really narrow, no room for table and chairs. The paid carparking is down the street maybe 40-50m away. The location is OK, I have stayed in better locations in Barcelona and we ended up having to walk a fair way to get to the shops we wanted to visit and places we wanted to see. The rooftop pool/bar is very nice and we enjoyed that for a couple of hours in the afternoon before heading out.

They wanted to pre-charge our card, but it does not work like that in 2026 without 3D authentication. Managed to resolve it by paying at the property.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay, the staff is lovely, the room is beautiful and confortable, excellent location, the buffet of the breakfast has a good quality. Even the products used in the bathrooms are from Rituals, my favorite brand. I give 9/10 I would suggest to add a trash and paper wipes in the room just as an imprivement. Both exist in the bathroom but having it around the bed would be good

The bed maybe because Im a light sleeper. Other than that nothing else.

The location is very nice - close to everything. We were in an old room, the shower spilled water in the entire bathroom floor, and the bathroom ceiling had mold. The balcony had poor chairs, they were totally ripped and teared apart. Disappointed.

The room was spacious, very clean, and well designed, with comfortable bed and great attention to detail. Everything felt fresh, calm, and thoughtfully arranged, which made our stay extremely relaxing. The location is excellent and very well connected, very close to Gaudi houses (Battlo and La Pedrera). What we enjoyed most was the overall atmosphere — welcoming, elegant, and comfortable — combined with the high level of cleanliness and care. We had a small issue with the AC in the room, but the manager responded immediately and kindly offered us a room upgrade, which we really appreciated.

Location was great for walking to sights. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were beautiful, but some were not of the best or most convenient design. One room had no shelves, very little storage, poorly designed.

Location is good .

Location was good. Room was cold . Heating system was not working very well. Insulation was also not okay. We heard lots of noise from outside. and room was not so comfortable. Cleaning was okay .
