Location The room was smaller than expected — it should have been 20 sqm, but felt considerably below that. There was also a structural pillar in the middle of the room, which was both unexpected and obstructive. Additionally, the Nespresso machine shown in the room photos was not present, and the balcony was completely bare — no table, no chairs. On the maintenance side, a section of the false ceiling near the door was missing, leaving the pipes above fully exposed. Finally, the air conditioning unit was positioned to blow cold air directly onto the bed, making it impossible to leave it running overnight without discomfort. Beyond the above, we were charged a premium rate for the F1 weekend. We fully understand that demand-based pricing applies during major events; however, the rate paid was wholly disproportionate to the actual standard of the room and facilities provided.

We had 2 stays. 1st was booked by us and we stayed in a a large room on the 8th floor which was fine. We were then moved to a standard room on level 1 by our cruise company which was fairly basic. Staff were helpful, close to public transport, restaurants and shopping centre. No coffee making facilities in standard room

The terrace was dirty — cigarette ash was scattered everywhere. That was probably the only thing that spoiled my impression of the hotel.

Nice hotel. Staff is very friendly. Very nice rooms. Just one thing: water pressure in the shower.
