The rooms were large and comfortable, and the room service options were excellent. It’s a good, business focused hotel versus a more family-focused property. They pipe a perfume into the lobby that is very unpleasant. Also, the workout space is too small and has very little equipment.

The hotel room Very clean, good bed Coffee nespresso When booking it says the spa is available for hotel gasts with premium rooms. This is only for half an hour and you have to pay for extra time. Also you have to buy head covers.

Terrific location with easy access to a large mall. The staff was always helpful. My room looked clean and of a good size. However there was always a musty smell and I had to air it out whenever I came back to the room. I believe the lack of ventilation from the bathroom may have been the cause.

Super cozy, clean and comfortable place to stay. The staffs are friendly, very accommodating and are there 24 hours to help. Nice and clean. Just beside the mall. Easy to go around to/from town. In PP there are different café, restau you can choose from.

It was right behind a mall and steps away from the tram. There was a huge playground too. The staff were spectacular. It was quite far from where we needed to go. Some areas of the room needed a more thorough clean

If you choose it for the spa, DON’T go. There is no spa, there is only a jacuzzi and a tiny sauna room on the top floor. They don’t allow you more than 30 minutes per day and it doesn’t say it anywhere. Unacceptable! Most front desk employees are rude and don’t have time for you. I was calling the reception from the room many times and they would simply not pick up the phone! Service really bad in general.

Great size room, great breakfast, just unfortunate the full spa/waters area was closed for the 3-4 days I was there. Not able to use spa/pools

The staff members were pleasant. There was a significant and disturbing amount of flies in our room. I contacted the front desk, they said someone would come to our room while we were out. However, there was no significant decline in the presence of the bugs.

location was great, was very close to the place our meetings and events where. clean, dont clean everyday the room and we found cristals in the bathroom

Nice property great location close to the Barca stadium There was a strong humidity smell we had to change rooms even then my son kept complaining about not being able to sleep because of the strong smell in the room

Location excellent Little unhelpfull Restaurant staff, Bar area way to small... not allowed to have a drink only in the diningroom despite no folks there and Bar area crowded. Bathroom had some poorly solutions (shower) and for some unknown reason key to doot constantly needed to be changed

Breakfast Excellent ! Restaurants around are very good! The SPA is perfect! The gym is basic but fine. Hotel is really good I want to come back !
