I booked for the location since this was close to the school I'm going to. Check in is good and no wait needed. There is no luggage service, they ask you to take your luggage from the car to the room by yourself; The room service (dining) close very early; there is no security service where you can go on the elevator without key card; no concierge service; no bath robes in the room; we had to ask for slippers

Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room and beds and best environment control system encountered. Excellent housekeeping service. Great location. Payment facilities (ability to work with debit and credit cards) were disappointing. Coming from the Netherlands you're used to these things just working in such establishments. I had to grab cash from an ATM. Restaurant quality not so good for the prices.

Nice location, about 4 km from the busy centre, nice boulevard for jogging and getting away from the crowds, sharp shopping centre around the hotel, amazingly large room. No decoration in the room, only plain wood panels covering all wall. No hooks in the room or place to hang anything. Door to bathroom does not provide a sound barrier.

The place is amazing. They really take care of you and make sure you have a very comfortable experience at he hotel. I took the breakfast option which was great and highly recommend. It’s very healthy food and the servers treat you with much attention and respect. The front desk helped me find places to visit and with transportation, and solved any issues I had. I will definitely stay again next time.

everything was excellent, when I look for a room to stay I look at: location, services, quietness, facilities and breakfast. For Barcelona l, I have nothing to complain about, very good!
