Water drained very slowly from bathroom sink and shower/tub. The entrances have 4-6 steps to descend to get to reception which can be difficult to negotiate with more than one luggage or a large single

The room was clean and comfortable, basic hotel room but with all the necessary things. Very friendly and helpful staff! The hotel is within walking distance of the main railway station, and about 20 minute walk to the airport bus (A1/A2) which was important to us. Since it's not a brand new building, there were not so many electrical sockets to charge phones etc., but we managed.

The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the stay feel welcoming from the very first moment. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared, providing a quiet and relaxing space to unwind. Breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of fresh and high-quality options to start the day. Overall, it is a very pleasant place for a short stay, made even better by its ideal location right in the heart of Barcelona, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor and practically impossible to use, making it very difficult to download anything or work online. Relying on mobile data was not a real alternative either, due to the limited coverage inside the building. This is clearly an area that needs urgent improvement.

There was no electric outlet next to the bed. There were exposed electricity outlet. The toilet paper was not changed from the previous visitors

The room was big, clean, and very comfortable. The toilet was nice and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel is within walking distance of the main railway station, which is very convenient. However, the price felt a bit high considering what was offered.

The breakfast was really good. The hotel was close to a few bus stations and a metro station. Also is was in a walk distance to the central station. There was no kettle in the room :) That was the only minus for me.

The staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptionally good and the hotel clean and quiet. For those used to feather pillows, those provided were a bit overfull and hard, but that is a personal preference

The location of the hotel is amazing. Room had everything that is needed, maybe was just a little outdated, but it didn't disturb the stay in any way.

I loved the hotel's location within walking distance to Barcelona Sants train station, metro, and other transport options. It was in a quiet and safe neighborhood, the staff were polite, the bathroom was great (from water pressure to the hairdryer, everything worked perfectly), and the bed was really comfortable. What I didn’t like was the lack of some amenities like cotton buds or slippers — probably due to sustainability efforts, which I understand. But I also would have expected a hotel in the world’s biggest olive-producing country to consider guests who enjoy olives at breakfast. (Probably just us Turks, lol!)

The position of the hotel was convenient for access to most areas and not to conjested by to many tourists. The breakfast was just adequate for being able to visit the city and enjoy the flavours that this city has to offer. To many road works ,

Great location, close to 2 metro lines and buses. Excellent breakfast. Small hotel, quiet. Very comfortable bed. The room was on the small size. The styling of the room could do with some modernisation. The desk was not in the best shape.
