Fernando and David at reception were fabulous. David gave us excellent dining recommendations and was always friendly and helpful. We only met Fernando briefly but he also was very helpful. This place is in a fantastic location. Coffee shop 2 doors away, great tapas next to that and an amazing restaurant diagonally across the street. If I'm being picky there's a lack of closet space and hangers. A little cramped but really, if you're in Barcelona you shouldn't be in your room much!

Property was well located and staff were really lovely it wasn’t cleaned very well, there was several hairs on/near bathroom sink and other surfaces weren’t wiped down very well.

Core center of attractions. Breakfast was served in our room (we had a breakfast included) Staff was super helpful and spoke in English. Safe and quiet. Bed very comfortable and minibar was appreciated after a long day of being a tourist

Location The standard double rooms are very very small, too small for two persons and a big suitcase. With a suitcase in the room there is no space to move in the room. The bed is next to the door so it feels like lying in the corridor. There is also no space to hang any cloth except a few shirts/jacket. The sink in the bathroom was so small that half the water spills to the sides and floor. The worst of all was that the window in the room had a blind but the window in the bathroom did not and as the bathroom door was transparent it was impossible to sleep after 6am when the sun came out. This all was especially disappointing as the fotos and the description convey a completely different image and expextation. We asked for a bigger room or at least one where one could sleep in the dark. We were told that it was not possible due to the high booking situation but they would try - which caused expectations on our side. But every day we got the same answer. There was every day people moving in and out so a room change could have been possible in our point of view. The staff seemed not really willing to change the situation. We also asked for a late check-out instead which was immediately negated. For all of the experience the price was far too high. We cannot recommend you the Hotel except for the location but there are so many other Hotels nearby so should not be a problem to find better!

Location Too small rooms, not clean, unpleasant staff. First night they gave us a room with a dirty basin, hair in the shower, squeaky bed. Staff came in the room and checked the shower and picked the hair in the shower with a tissue and said they can change the room the next day. So we stayed there one night, there should be some compensation for this but they did nothing.
