this place was located at the perfect distance from attractions! i will say it was a bit far from gothic quarter, the cathedral, and beach. but we didn’t mind using public transportation! staff was AMAZING and so helpful and kind. the room had everything we needed and such a comfy space! definitely will be booking here again! the view from our room could have been better but i don’t blame it since it’s likely a remodeled building.

Ciudad Condal Hostal was an absolute gem in Barcelona! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations and directions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was much bigger than we expected, clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after long days exploring the city. The location truly could not have been better. Right in the heart of Passeig de Gràcia, we were surrounded by amazing restaurants, shopping, beautiful architecture, and iconic spots like Casa Batlló all within walking distance.

We didn't get her name, but the front desk attendant, originally from Rome was great, she was extremely nice and friendly to us since we arrived, very attentive to all of our needs and even gave us recommendations on the best places to visit and made everything clear. Aside from her being awesome, the location of the hostal was perfect, close to some of the main attractions, and well located overall. The place was very clean, and the room may be cleaned daily if it is your wish. The air conditioning works, and they also have fans in the room, so you won't feel the summer heat from Barcelona. Nothing. Our stay was great! Loved the city and the hostal.

The first day we entered the room we came across cockroaches. The second day we also came across cockroaches in the elevator.

This location is close to Gaudi houses- walking distance. The best place for breakfast- Catalana is 2 min walking. Even to Sagrada Familia you can walk 1.5 miles. Place Catalana -10 min. An excellent location. The shower door is difficult to open and close.

Location is great and staff is very nice! It is single dorm room so you can hear the neighbors walking through the hallway and in their room.

Very friendly staff offering help and service when needed. Clean and quiet rooms. Situated in a very nice area on a short walking distance from the main attractions in Barcelona, restaurants and the most exclusive shopping street in Barcelona I would say.

The location Very old …. The bathroom is a disaster very small … Shower very uncomfortable… not heat water and we have to asked to be reconnected. The air conditioning didn’t work, when we notified the staff they yelled to us and demanding to open the windows, very rudely

The hostel is in Barcelona center. In a beautiful and clean environment. All major attractions are easily accessible. The staff is kind, helpful. We had a good time! I recommend it to everyone.

I had a pleasant stay at this centrally located property in Madrid. The location was ideal for exploring the city, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, which made my stay enjoyable. However, it was a good experience. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
