The restaurant at the hotel had really amazing food and drinks. The rooms were a little aged. Staff overall was very friendly however there was one staff member who was very unpleasant and had an attitude. She was the lady working in the morning making omelets for breakfast. She honestly seems to be very annoyed with the work she has to do there and I felt uncomfortable having to deal with her and her attitude.

Good breakfast indeed! Depending on you priorities you might or might not like the location. A bit far from everything for a tourist. But quiet when this does matter. Ask for a renovated room. Receptionists were very kind to upgrade. All was good except for not soundproof door and thin windows that don’t block street noise much. (I guess common to whole Spain). Hence ask for higher floor.

Fantastic hotel, nice amenities, beautiful spa, and overall fantastic area Breakfast was quite expensive per person, and the AC was a little weak, only small issues that didn’t affect the stay much at all.

The rooms were excellent and we had conneting rooms. The pakage for my dog was a big pleasant surprise with her own bed and a doggy snack and care bag. All in all it was a very good experience The hotel was renovating some door locks and they started work in the early hours of Saturday which was a bit annoying, but the staff and specially the manager was very helpful and as a token of appology they refunded 50% of the total bill.

Large room, great breakfasts. Bathtub jets didn’t work, windows extremely dirty, and being on the 2nd floor was too noisy.

Bathroom with no toilet privacy door. Bad odor at room Water clogged at vanity Shower didnt work properly No maintenance i paid an upgrade and nothing works in the room Check in was a nightmare
