Way over priced for value received. Breakfast did not meet expectations described in site. Stayed in Barcelona at other similar hotel with way better breakfast.

Great staff. I liked having the baggage storage option. I heard EVERYTHING. There is so little sound insulation I heard my neighbors open their window shades. It’s like they were in the room with me. I could hear everyone in the hallway puzzling over where their room was. I heard my neighbors turn on their sink. It was a lot.

A very convenient location in terms of bus routes, my room was comfortable and had everything I needed - great towels! The staff were very friendly although I didn't really need their help for this smooth stay. The price is a little on the high side but not terrible for Barcelona. Some minor niggles about this hotel that's starting to look its age: the lift was unreliable and there was no indication of which floor it was on or if it was moving. Inside the room, needing to put a key card in a little device was a little flaky and at one point the power sockets stopped working but magically recovered later in the day.

This is my second stay, and I’m confident to say that the hotel has amazing staff and great and comfortable rooms. It’s now my go to when going back to BCN.

Nothing is important if you can not feel safe in the hotel Our experience at this hotel was absolutely unacceptable. While we were checking out, my wife’s backpack was stolen right in the hotel lobby. This did not happen on the street or outside, it happened inside the hotel, where guests should feel safe. What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of security and the poor response from the staff. They witnessed the robbery and failed to act or communicate properly. There was no sense of urgency, no support, and no accountability. It felt like our safety and belongings simply did not matter to them. This is, without a doubt, the worst thing that has ever happened to us while traveling. A hotel’s most basic responsibility is to provide a safe environment for its guests, and this place failed completely. In my opinion, if you cannot feel safe inside the hotel, nothing else matters. No amenities, no location, no price can make up for that. This place is absolutely not worth booking.

The room was excellent and the staff were friendly Nothing I can think of

Payment system terrible. One payment from booking , second was directly from hotel. 12 transactions with 0 value. Try to contact Booking.com support. No results. After one month one payment is still penging ( reserved). Will conctact my bank now to sort out the problem.

Excellent Nothing

The room was very good for the price. The location was perfect. Not to crowded and a lot of places nearby to eat ant shop. There was nothing to dislike.
-
Room was nice and neat. The location was great, being away from the main part of town was nice and the local shops in that area were great and it wasn’t as crowded as the downtown area. Getting around was easy with either walking taking UBER or the riding the bus. There was not much to dislike. The cooler in the room either didn’t work or wasn’t meant to work. It should have been a place to store drinks and food, but it wasn’t cool. That is all the dislikes.

Is a good hotel, located very well in Barcelona. It is a noisy place. The floors of the hotel are covered vit marble tiles and wood foor boarding. Therefore, people coming and going, walging to/from their rooms and inside the rooms with their trolleys(luggage on weels) are disturbing for everybody; day an night, at any hour, this noise caused by the wheels on hard floor may be heard feom everywhere. A bit expensive considering this disconfort.

Whenever I travel to Barcelona, this is my hotel of choice.

Staff were professional. Location was good. Room was nice except.. We were right above a bar on the 1st floor. It was noisy until 2:00 am. When I called the front desk, they said they would ask the bar to turn the music down. I thought that was a disappointing response. And the music stayed the same

the noise from room to room at night we could her thru the walls and that led me to not sleep properly for my whole stay and having the work with a very bad sleep because of the noise
