We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Barcelona. The location was excellent, with easy access to the main attractions, public transport, and many great cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We especially appreciated the smooth check-in, the quiet atmosphere, and the overall attention to detail. It was a great place to stay for visiting the city, and we would happily come back again. One small inconvenience was that there was no toilet brush in the bathroom. For some reason, this seems to be a common issue in hotels that present themselves as stylish or design-focused.

Great location and interior design The bathroom needed a deep cleaning - visible traces of mold around bathtub area. The breakfast had a very few choices and very basic products.

The rooms were clean, good location and staff were friendly. There so much noise from other rooms and other visitors coming at various times of night, we did not have a good sleep from the noise. There was so much noise also from others flushing their toilets, from their shower rooms, you could hear people talking from other rooms as though they are in your room. Another point was that when I booked this hotel, I was not aware that I have to pay extra for the drinks (water and soft drinks) they left in the room. At check-out they asked us to pay 21 euros extra for those drinks.

This hotel was the perfect place for me to recover from my surgery which took place 10 mins away from the hotel. I booked a duplex as I had someone looking after me some if the time so they had a space to sit while I was resting. The staff were all lovely and could not do enough for me. They were very understanding and non intrusive for the whole 2 weeks. Glove delivered to the door daily very easily. When I was on my feet, the are had everything I needed from shops to restaurants, busy but nothing like Las Ramblas so overall a much nicer area.
