It was relatively central It didn’t feel refined, I had made requests to my room on two occasions and they weren’t followed through. Argument with the night staff at reception when there was a miscommunication regarding a dinner reservation and no apologies were made. Insects found in the room but no explanation as to how or what was done about it

The staff is very friendly and well trained. Also you really feel that you are in a 5 star hotel with care for detail. We loved it! But the only thing we thought it could improve was the breakfast.

Once again we had a great time in Meliá, location is perfect and everything is on walking distance. Check in and check out is super easy. Rooms offer all amenities you may need. Breakfast is not up to the level of other Melia hotels. For our 4 days stay each morning there were no clean cups for coffee and you need to either que for the coffee machine and use plastic cups or wait and remind the staff numerous times for a coffee that comes cold… Often some of the options were not refilled until you remind or specifically ask the staff to do that. In general breakfast needs improvement. Dinner in the hotel restaurant did not meet my expectations as well. Calamari were like plastic, difficult to chew..
