Hostal Goya was perfect! The bed was really comfortable, and the common area with seating and coffee was wonderful. José was so accommodating and gave us a bunch of recommendations for eating and drinks in the area. We felt totally welcomed and enjoyed our stay. Nothing

It's a personal preference but my room didn't have a lot of natural light. But who needs it when you are in Barcelona. No time to stay in the room! :)

The location was unbeatable. Located in the Eixample, the hotel was within walking distance to the Gothic district, the El Born, and the Gaudí houses on Paseo de Gràcia. It was also very close to the Aerobus stop and metro at Plaza Catalunya. The host was a nice gentleman who gave us lots of helpful tips. While our triple room was not very big, our three twin beds were very comfy and there was even a balcony! While there was no breakfast included, we really appreciated having a spacious dining area where coffee and tea were provided all day, as well as plates, cups, and utensils. A cafe was right around the corner. Also, everyone was given a set of complementary snacks (muffin and juice).

Great location and wonderful staff! José was so kind, helpful and patient. They offer some snack for breakfast which is a nice gesture. Nothing really, maybe the room are too small, but manageable.

The location was phenomenal, and the common areas were kept clean and tidy at all times. Tea and coffee were always available, along with a small treat every morning— not quite my preference, but still appreciated. Nothing major, really—just minor points like the small bathroom space, not easy access to the terrace, and the quality of the hand soap and shampoo.

Room was excellent. Ample size, well lit, ventilation, noise proof. Comfortable mattress. Bathroom was great. Coffee and tea amenity nice. Common area very nice. Bathtub shower floor slippery. Could use non slip appliqué.

Located at the heart of the city. They even prepare breakfast sack for you :)

It is sooo simple and it’s very good! The location is really really great! The staff??? They won’t bother at all! They really help me and my gf out with everything! Florencia was really great also finding us a portable fan and all the staffs always smiling! Really nice of them! NOTHING, i’ll be back there!

Staying at Hostal Goya was an incredible experience. Very well located, cleaning services for the room in a daily basis and they were also super kind on providing a gift to celebrate my birthday! Truly recommend this place for upcoming visitors and will definitely be staying there again once I am back in Barcelona :) Nothing to add.

Everything was perfect except for the shower. It was very cramped and slippery and the drain was in a weird and awkward spot. My friend and I were so afraid of falling that way just decided to skip a shower the last day and just wait till we got home.

The location is great. The staff was very helpful and we were given a charming little book with walking tours of the city. It was nice to be able to make coffee in the morning and have a little sack lunch. The room was quite small and stuffy.

Wonderful location, very warm and helpful staff, surprising breakfast treats, which is very considerate. Nothing.

Best offer ever

The staff were really helpful - they especially helped secure taxis and kept following up with the drivers. The room was very clean, and they brought complimentary water, juice, coffee and muffins daily. Perfect location.

Location cannot get any better. The staff are warm and friendly. They give you breakfast to go with your name on it which I thought was really cute. They also have AC! Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. But that’s just old buildings in Barcelona. Probably doesn’t help either that our room was so close to the reception area.
